Best pain management doctor I’ve had in over 20+ years dealing with chronic lower back pain.

Had an appointment…in severe pain…he canceled 3 appts without a reason why…when I finally met him he told me he had Covid. Why not let me know so I can see another pain specialist… Then 5-6 weeks and 2 shots later…still in horrible pain…he says…go to PT The worst communications I’ve ever had with drs…the women who run the office get all the bad reviews…but it’s Datta… He absolutely only cares about 1 thing…and it isn’t his patients or employees…

i would always recommend Dr. Datta, he, his staff and facilities are above par and in my opinion stand alone at the top in his field.

This doctor is the best doctor I've been to for my chronic pain. You simply can't do better than Dr. Datta - he is like a walking encyclopedia for conditions and medications. Also, he listens well and cares about his patients, not just their illnesses and their pain, but their lives in general.

I've been seeing Dr.Datta for over 25 years and he has provided me the best healthcare for my back after my surgeries and now for my diabetic neuropathy . I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pain management and he has a staff that are so kind. If you live within 50 miles of Hackensack there's nobody else to see if you're in pain.

FANTASTIC DR., HE IS CARING, GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO REALLY LISTEN TOO YOU AND HE DISCUSSES EVERY THING WITH YOU, HE ALSO ANSWERS ALL QUESTIONS FOR YOU!!!! ALSO CAROL IN HIS OFFICE IS ALSO FANTASTIC!!!! SHE NEVER STOPS, SHE'S LIKE THE EVEREADY BUNNY!!! SHE'S ALWAYS RUNNING AROUND GETTING EVERYTHING DONE!!! THE REST OF OFFICE IS JUST AS DEDICATED. THERE IS ONE PERSON WHO'S IN HIS OFFICE THAT CAN BE A SNOT SHE CAN ALSO BE A B, IF SHE DOESN'T LIKE YOU. ALSO SHE SAYS SHE NEVER GETS HER MESSAGES, EVEN THOUGH YOU LEAVE MORE THEN ONE OR THREE. BUT IT IS WORTH IT TO GO AND SEE THEM!!! THE DR. IS WORTH IT. IF YOU CALL AND NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK, CALL AGAIN AND ASK TO SPEAK TO CAROL IN THE FRONT OFFICE(she's a different Carol, she's really sweet n nice too). THIS DR. HELPED ME A LOT.

I have called the office 6 times and visited the office twice. His office staff when I finally spoke to someone, was rude and I still have not received a call back. If this is an indication of treatment, will have to find another doctor.

I have been seeing pain management doctors for the last 18 years in Boston and along the east coast cities. Not only is Dr. Datta one of the most trusted Doctors I have ever gone to, he more than takes his time listening to his patients, does whatever it takes to do his absolute best for each patient. His facility is friendly and his ketamine staff is the best I've been to...I consider myself very lucky to have a place I can go that really keeps me on my feet, drug free....

I have repeatedly called the office trying to get an appointment for over a month. I have explained how much pain I have. They wanted progress reports from my doctors. After they said they didn’t receive them I went to my internist’s office & I stood there while office staff faxed them to dr datta’s office. They still said they didn’t receive them. No one from Dr Dattas office has called me back about anything. Very disappointed- would not recommend going there

Dr. Datta is one of a small group of physians who actually takes the time to listen to you. so many doctors have a computer on their desk and barely look up at you when you're in their office. Not Dr. Datta, He takes time to listen to all your complains and then the two of you decide what treatment would be best for you. I would definitely recommend him to friends and famoly
