Dr Preschel is hands down my favorite doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable. The staff is equally professional and nice, including the female physician assistant who is very good at diagnosis and dispensing prescriptions. I trust Dr Preschel regarding referrals to specialists because he along with the staff have excellent information about healthcare plan coverage,hospital services, pharmacies, and physicians in the tri-state region. Worst doctor I have ever had in my life. I had to diagnose my self with a illness that is Farley common and he didn't know of it at all. The practice's office is unclean and needs lots of new equipment and this doctor tries to get more money from not filling out forms completely so you have to pay your copay twice. He is truly a disgrace to the medical profession because he has to look up diseases for certain patient disease's on his computer. As a medical professional I say don't go to preschel

He was dishonest with the insurance claim. asked for more than the deductible. Very dirty and gave immunizations not necessary. No wonder insurance is so expensive when you have a Dr who over tests and takes money that should go to insurance.
