Dr. Samuel J Girgis

Dr. Girgis is excellent at explaining the medical issue and the treatment plan based on the tests conducted by his practice. My sinus condition improved significantly since my visits and treatment plan started. I would highly recommend Dr. Girgis and Associates.

My experience with Girgis & Associates has been fantastic. Their staff is highly professional and courteous, and Dr. Casey is a true credit to both Girgis and the medical profession. I would highly recommend Dr. Casey to needs an ENT doctor.

Dr. Thomas is amazing! I have been his patient for 10+ years and whenever I have a check-up with him, it feels more like catching up with an old friend that going to see my ENT. My overall health has improved immensely thanks to him!

Terrible Went to appointment to see doctor for experiencing ringing of my ear at age 40. Had a audio test an Doctor was not available medical assistant did my exam made second appointment and again Doctor was absent saw Melissa medical assistant was advised to close mouth and nose and see if ear opens, was very upset was not told Doctor was unavailable. Waited more then hour in waiting room for my visits to be told nothing and billed for 2 visits when not seen by Doctor :(

Very caring, professional team of physicians, nurses, and administrative staff. All examinations are thorough and everything is explained clearly. Convenient hours and they offer same-day appointments.

His staff are friendly and professional. Drs. Girgis and Thomas are trustworthy with their diagnosis and feedbacks. I opted out the CPAP and went with surgeries.

I greatly appreciated the fact that Dr. Girgis took his time with me as a new patient. I have gone to numerous doctors in the past and most seemed to spend as little time as possible reviewing my medical history Dr. Girgis explained to me what he believes a course of action should be and why. He was extremely patient and never seemed rushed.

The doctors make you feel like a person and actually listen to what you have to say. Dr. Kraseman is very concerned on your medical needs. I recomend 100% Dr. Girgis and his staff.

I haven't seen him in years when I called they got me in the very next day. He took care of everything and he personally called me two days later to see how I was feeling on the new medication. She personally not a patient assistant or nurse practitioner he called me himself what great customer service. I could I would give him 10 Stars if I could. Not many with that type of compassion left anymore.

I called because I had been suffering with acid re flux and difficulty breathing for a long time. They made me an appointment right away. The staff was friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Casey. He was thorough, informative and answered all my questions. He prescribed some medication for my acid re flux and nasal spray for my breathing. As soon as I took the medicine, my acid re flux was gone! My breathing is better, and I feel great. I should have called sooner. Dr. Casey is amazing!

Excellent doctors finding the correct solution for hearing problems.

We came in for a scheduled appointment and waited 2.5 hours before seeing the doctor. Staff was impatient. I had chronic tonsillitis with 10+ infections a year and asked about a tonsillectomy. He told me I'd need 6+ documented instances of infections and symptoms of sleep apnea before I was elligable (which is nonsense). I suffered through that advice for months before going to another doctor who immediately recognized my condition and took them out the next week. Haven't gotten sick since.

My experience was great. Everyone on the staff was very helpful. Dr. Kraseman answered all my questions about my ear problems.

Dr. Girgis rocks. I was scared to death of this procedure. Everyone I came into contact with in his office was knowledgeable, efficient and reassuring. Disappointed. My family has been going to the Girgis family for a long time and recommending people to them, however, things have changed in our opinion. The office is quick to get you a scan right there in the office with no explanation of why. We refused because of the radiation. The doctor was in a hurry, very dogmatic in our opinion, and felt he didn't seem concerned with the details we were offering. In the old days we would see Dr Tawfik Girgis--It's not the same. Won't be going back

Dr and staff really professional and nice

Dr. Girgis is a highly professional doctor who instills confidence from the moment he enters the room. He is friendly and wants to know about the patient. He then efficiently goes about checking into the physical problem and is completely open to patient input. I totally trust his judgement and have complete confidence in what he says. He also makes referrals to other physicians/specialties as appropriate.

I found Dr. Stephen Kraseman to be very professional and caring. He took the time that was needed to assess my situation and to put a plan of action into motion. I did not feel like a number.

I was very grateful that Dr. Girgis did a chest CT scan (in his office). I never would have found an early-stage cancer without it.

This was my very first time going to an ENT. Dr. Girgis & Assiciates provided simple matchless patient care experience. He has a warm, updated and friendly yet professional office environment. Dr. Girgis is warm, caring, including follow-up care with a down to earth persona. He listens to your health concerns and addresses them quickly with comprehensive results. He explains the problem and options you have. You can count on his knowledge and expertise. I will recommend him to all!

Wonderful experience all around. Called to see a doctor at Dr. Girgis and Associates in Hinsdale... and received an appointment that day. Dr. Girgis evaluated my concerns regarding nosebleeds... which he then addressed with an in office procedure. His professionalism and lighthearted, down to earth personality, made me feel extremely comfortable while being there for the first time. Especially, knowing I went in without a referral. Google search and the reviews helped me choose his office.

They were great! They were very thorough in my evaluation, in scheduling follow-up appointments to ensure I see through my health care plan moving forward. Everyone was friendly & they were on time with appointments, which is always a super plus when visiting any doctors office!

I had an allergy test conducted by Melissa Vick PA-C, and let me tell you I had a great time!! I felt faint during the test, and she made sure that I recovered, and was able to finish the procedure. Honestly, I'm glad I found Dr. Girgis, and his associates, they took very good care of me.

The staff to a person was very courteous and doctor Girgis listened well, asked the right questions and sent me on my way feeling that I was glad to have chosen to take my issue to him.

The office provided a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The communication between the staff and myself at the different levels let me know what and why things were happening and how it effected my prognosis. Meeting with Dr. Girgis laid out what the test results were and a game plan for the results to hopefully help me move forward healthy.
