My son had fewer, cough, cold and he was throwing up for 3 days. The doctor saw him, send us back home and asked to wait. We took him to urgent care after 3days, they tested him negative for RSV. He stopped drinking milk at his point they checked his ear and said they look fine. Asked to take him to ER if his condition gets worst and send him home. On the 6th day his condition was same he looked really skinny with no improvements, We took him to this place, they checked his weight(don’t know what they did with it) the pediatrician saw him and he said he has ear infection started antibiotics and send us home. The same night at 3am we took him to er because he was crying(He never cried like that in 6 days) he was breathing the same. He was tested positive for Rhino and pair influenza he was less than 1percentile for his weight. His oxygen kept dropping, he was so close to go to the ICU. He was in the hospital got home after 3 days. But super disappointed with Dr Samuel. He should have taken my son’s condition more seriously. We are first time parents so all we can do is trust the doctor. Writing this post because we parents need to do our research and go with our instinct. I hope he doesn’t make this mistake with another patient and take them seriously.

This doctor pushes vaccines more than anyone I have ever worked with. He would get visibly upset when I would refuse vaccines for my children. I don't like a 18 month old baby needs a flu shot, and I refused HPV vaccine for my 14 year old. Do your research before you go in, because he loves to convince you they are all safe.

Dr. Davis and his team are wonderful! Every time my little one sees him or one of his amazing nurses, Charity or April, I am very pleased. From the front desk to the MA's I come across everyone is very kind and professional. They actually listen to my concerns and have referred both kids out to pediatric specialists for further specialized care. I highly recommend this office for all of your pediatric needs. The second time in a month! I have a sick child and they cannot see my child for TWO DAYS!! Yet their website says they offer "same day sick kid" appointments AND they are accepting new patients. What the freak is the reason to have a pediatrician that you cant even see!?! And their best suggestion is to go to a QUACK SHACK Urgent Care center. Gee thanks! The second time in a month! Dr. Davis is an excellent pediatrician with an extensive knowledge of child care and a quality referral network. I would bring my kids to see him if I lived in the area.

Good luck have taken all of our kids to this office have been told nothing is wrong and gone to another care provider only to find out our kid has problems. Seems the only thing they care about is money.

Took my son for his 6 month wellness and checkup. Love Dr. Davis and Dr. April. They are very responsive to my child's needs as well as mine. Would definitely recommend Pedriactics Plus to anyone with children!

Extremely unprofessional the staff is rude, and plain ignorant.. i would not waste my time in this so called establishment again; what a bad experience.

The front office is extremely unprofessional. We quit coming 2 years ago because they were rude. We just tried again, and it was an unprofessional experience once again. Pick a place that genuinely cares for their patients instead of this place.

My three children are patients of Dr. Davis. Everyone is wonderful at the office and really listens to your questions and concerns. They return my calls promptly and are always willing to help. I would recommend Dr. Davis to friends and family with young children.

I don’t often write reviews, however, this particular case warranted one. Saturday evening on Memorial Day weekend, my daughter came down with strep symptoms. Our normal pediatrician was not on call, however, Dr.Davis was. Please keep in mind that he is a totally different office from our normal doctor. Dr.Davis, understanding my daughter wouldn’t be seen until Tuesday unless we went to Cooks, opened his office Sunday morning to confirm she had strep and get her a prescription. He spoke directly to my eight year old telling her what he was doing and why. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the Saginaw area. Great pediatrician. Through, caring, and well organized

My son has been going to Dr. Davis since he was about 3 and he is 8 now. Dr. Davis is great with kids and we are happy to have found him.

I just had to leave a review after my first visit!! As soon as I walked in, the entire office smelt CLEAN and IT WAS clean throughout the whole place! This is always a plus! The staff was nice, Dr. Samuel Davis was awesome as well, and they also gave us a goodie bag with some useful things.

I loved Dr. Samuel Davis by daughter was NEVER SICK! If she ever got sick it was 1 prescription and not a bunch of medical bills!!! Being former Military Preventive Medicine and School Teacher I am even more impressed when I even see he doesn't have that many sick patients!! Dr. Davis is an exceptional pediatrician. We have been seeing him almost since my child was born. We look forward towards every visit, and were able to get in on a short notice when the baby would get sick.

I have been seeing pediatricians and kids drs for years now. My son is about to be 20. Having a boy, I’ve been to more drs than I can count and not to mention my son was diagnosed at 11 with Type 1 diabetes. No, my son never was seen by Dr Davis, but my Daughter has been ever since I moved to Saginaw when she was 7 weeks old. She is now 3 years old. My sweet daughter has had several medical conditions to overcome but I swear I don’t know how I would have ever got her all the help she needed if it was not for Dr Davis and his wonderful staff. Dr Davis is so sweet, kind, and helpful. If I ever had any questions has always spent s little extra time helping me understand what was going on or needed to happen. Thank you so much to all you sweet ladies in the office and thank you Dr Davis for all your help and expert advice you’ve given me. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would, but 5 is all google allows. Dr. Davis is by far the best pediatrician we’ve ever had. His staff is extremely nice, the office is always clean, and I have never waited more than 10 minutes to actually be seen. My son was recently diagnosed with ADHD. When I first took him to the doctor I was worried they were just going to look at the evaluations and be quick to automatically throw him on medication. Didn’t happen. Dr Davis actually referred us to a psychologist who was able to do a more extensive evaluation to make sure that ADHD was exactly what we were dealing with and not any other psychological issues. The therapist he referred us to was amazing as well. He is very knowledgeable and I really trust his judgment. I even moved my now 2 year old daughter to him as well. She used to be seen by a cook children’s physician. Constantly had ear infections every month as an infant but was never referred to an ent for tubes that she really needed. First visit with Dr. Davis and that was the first thing he did. My kids also love them as well! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would, but 5 is all google allows. We love Dr. Davis. He takes the time to really make sure your kiddos are doing well at well child visits. He makes sure they are sleeping well, eating well, etc. I love the well entrance and the sick entrance as well!!

Has short patience with my children and snarky attitude. Told me my child was getting over a cold and to come back a week later if he still had a runny nose. A runny nose was not the reason for my visit, the fever, vomiting and severe headaches were the symptoms I was there to address. Well, a week later and a visit to ER turns out he had strep all along. Always a good experience. I have always gotten in to their schedule when I have sick kids and am never told they are too booked. The staff is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I can't imagine how you could give a bad review of this office unless you yourself were just having a bad day. Thanks for all you do Dr. Davis and staff!

We love Dr. Davis! And we now get the pleasure of seeing P.A. April as well. This staff is amazing. We have been with Dr Davis since my daughter was born Sept. 2014. My son has been with him since he was 3. Dr. Davis even called me on a weekend when my daughter had high fever one time. Worst experience with a pediatrician I have ever had. We chose Dr. Davis based on a few recommendations from families fortunate enough to have a better experience than us. Dr. Davis was disrespectful of my time and in his words and manner to me.

Dr. Davis has been disappointing so far. He's argued with me about what's wrong with my daughter, and almost refused to test her for strep, which she did indeed have. I know my daughter and know she doesn't run a 103.0 fever for no reason. Good thing I made him test her... Looking for a new doc. He's not very patient with the kids either
