I saw Dr. Bowen for the first time last week to discuss a surgical procedure. He was most professional & very thorough in answering my questions & addressing any concerns. Very efficient office staff too. Special thanks to Dana for her help & making me feel I was her only patient.

I wouldn’t recommend taking your dog to him. My dad WALKED in for a simple laminectomy and left out a paraplegic from his chest down. Post-op we were given little to no understanding or guidance moving forward!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Quiet, but super reserved and an intelligent Doctor. I saw him many years ago coming through ER with what I thought was a “crick” in my neck I saw Dr.Bowen. MRI revealed I had a bulging disk in my c-spine. Fast forward 10-12 years and it has slowly but progressively gotten worse I am now revisiting same sided issues with my neck again. I have not needed surgery but feel C-Spine & arthritic issues have worsened and are to blame for shoulder & scapular pain/tingling. Definitely need a new MRI and to see him again. Ive left a message with receptionist twice. Waiting on a call back. I’ve left messages twice, no return call. ????

Very knowledgeable. He explained every about my husband’s back surgery and what he was going to do. He had a successful experience

Dr Bowen performed micro diseconomy on me. Results were amazing!!!!

Br Bowen performed a microdiscectomy on my back and the outcome was amazing. Pain free after 20+ years. I just wish I’d done it sooner. Great surgeon !

Would not recommend him to anyone he doesn't care if your in pain I wouldn't take my animals to him

Dr Bowen performed an anterior cervical discectomy on me in July of 2016. He is very knowledgeable and is willing to answer any questions that you ask. I had a good experience with him and his staff throughout the whole process/experience. I also recently had carpal tunnel surgery performed by him on my right hand Dec. 12, 2019 and have had a good experience with this as well. He does come and go quickly during the office visits and some may take that as him not doing his job well but he will take the time to answer anything you may think to ask and then some. You are also given plenty of information to read beforehand regarding any procedure that you will be having which was a great help for me.

The Last time I will ever see him - not worth the time of day. His notes claimed he examined me on my last visit to him. In actuality he spent 3 minutes in the room about 4 feet away form us. I would like to know how he can claim doing an examination without ever touching the patient. I lost all trust in him right then and there. I expect my doctor to talk to me, spend enough time that we can make a care plan and TELL THE TRUTH!!!!

Dr. Bowen is very knowledgeable and thorough!

We would NOT recommend Bowen to anybody we love. He must have trouble hearing patients. Don't go to him unless you like docs who lean against the counter several feet from you and rarely stays in the exam room for more than a minute or two but still takes your money.

This doctor is not a good one he mess up my boyfriend's back and I will never use him for a sugary if I was any one he is a bad doctor

He successfully repaired my upper herniated disc about a year ago - all is well. Nice guy, not overly talkative but was straight forward which I appreciate. Too many doctors that sugar coat stuff so he worked well for me. Was referred to me by a close doctor friend (surgeon) that he has sent family to in the past - all good recommendations. My mother recently used Dr. Bowen for back surgery and all is going as expected. Will see him again if needed and will refer friends/family to him.++++

Terrible doctor, would not recommend to anyone! Did not spend sufficient time or care in my appointment, and there was only one other patient in the office. Dr. Bowen did not examine my spine and was very abrupt and blunt.

I was very dissapointed with my visit with this dr he spent no more than 5 minutes with me didn't do anything but push on my legs a little. And even told me back surgery does not help back pain . I really would not recommend if your hurting badly.
