This practice is on a referral list from our pediatrician. On 2/8, I called and emailed to request an appointment for my daughter as a new patient. She had been breaking out in hives sporadically and again on that day. I received a response to my 2/8 email on 3/2 stating: "We are currently scheduling out into May which we understand might not be ideal for you as the problem seems urgent. We can schedule an appointment however and put you on a wait list. If you think this would be preferable, give us a call and we can schedule this. Sincerely, AANV staff" While I appreciate the response, I am appalledI that it took 3 weeks to respond and not have availability for another 2 months. I will also be recommending that our pediatrician remove this office from their referral list.

Sally abs her team have taken excellent care of myself and my two daughters for years. My girls have asthma and severe peanut and tree nut allergies and Sally and her team test them every year and give us very detailed information about the severity levels and changes in those levels. My girls asthma is very controlled. I have been receiving allergy shots for my environmental allergies for a few years and it’s been making a real difference. I wish Dr. Bailey could be my doctor-of-everything. She's the best doctor this 58-year old has ever seen. She's a good, patient communicator who takes her time, she takes it upon herself to collaborate with my endocrinologist, and she is willing to think outside the box. Most importantly, I saw 7 other doctors for a health mystery that only Dr. Bailey was able to solve.

The doctor and nurses were nice and the service wasn't bad. However, their billing office waited 180 days EXACTLY to file the claim with my insurance. My appointment was on March 2, 2018, and they sent me the bill in September 2018. I tried contacting their billing office multiple times from September-January 2018 via email and phone and was unsuccessful. I contacted my insurance and had them contact the office but they were also unsuccessful. Today, June 12, 2019, I received a call from billing stating that I need to pay my bill or they will send it to collections. Wendy, the billing manager, stated that they have tried contacting me multiple times which is not true. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Not worth the headache. My son and I have been coming here for allergy shots for over a year now, and we‘re very grateful for the treatment we get here. The doctor and all the staff are all friendly, helpful and well informed. It’s very efficient. There is nothing about the experience with this office that was remotely positive. Terrible beside manner. Excessively expensive. Staff was extremely inconsiderate. Nothing was explained to me. I got bills for varying amounts and when I called to discussed I got different explanations each time. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. I liked the allergist and the office staff seemed fine on my first visit. However, I've made many many phone calls trying to get my cat scan (ordered by the allergist) results. The cat scan was many weeks ago. I am still waiting to have someone call me back. For this reason I won't return and I wouldn't recommend this office.

Dr. Bailey has great bedside manner. She listens to all my concerns and provides a solution to my issues. Her staff is very professional and friendly. I appreciate everything they do for me.

I took my 4 year old to see Dr. Bailey after numerous respiratory issues. She did a complete work up of my daughter for allergies and asthma. She was very attentive, thorough, personable, and professional. She got down to the root of the problem and I am happy to report through the care of Dr. Bailey care, she is on a great course of treatment with lessened symptoms. Excellent service,

Dr. Bailey and her team are extremely knowledgeable and committed to patient care. In three years of receiving treatment and allergy shots, my allergies have decreased dramatically. Dr. Bailey is top notch - experienced and consistent in delivery of client care. And the office environment is so peaceful. I feel better than ever and highly recommend her.
