Dr. Momin's memory is excellent, and she is kind and caring. The entire staff at DFWMOHS is pleasant and enjoy their professions! If your dermatology treatment lasts longer than expected, they offer snacks and bottled water. The anesthesia works great, and I experienced only very minor discomfort for a few seconds for about 4 surgical removals of skin cancers. Dr. Momin's office works with the patient's insurance to insure fast and complete care. She is very tech savy, and uses a smart phone to quickly and efficiently communicate with other physicians by text and telephone. Dr, Momin takes a personal interest in each patient! Dr, Momin is up to date on dermatology surgery advances, technology and techniques, she attends continuing education seminars constantly!!

Dr Momin and staff are top notch in care and expertise. The Mohs surgeries are impossible to detect once healed. The results exceed expectations. The support staff is extremely gracious and caring, always checking to make sure you are comfortable. Amazing experience from start to finish. Recently had a lipoma removal and the administration staff was able to get me seen and in for my procedure very quickly. (Thanks Mustaq!). Dr. Momin is extremely efficient with her time and consulted with me prior to the procedure. Dr. Momin made me feel at ease and described the process since I would be awake during it. From my first phone call to her office (Sidney), to Dr. Momin herself, the nurses and Mushtaq, I was treated with utmost respect and professionalism. All my questions & concerns were answered. The care I received was outstanding and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I had Mohs procedure on my face and have had numerous compliments on how good my result was.

I found Dr. Momin and her office to be something you rarely find any more. Dr. Momin was very professional and very caring. She listened to me and took a strong interest in my care and feelings. She took time to help me feel comfortable and answer my questions . Ultimately the results were pain free with confidence my Mohs surgery was done successfully. Since I have had this surgery done four times before I can honestly say Dr. Momin is a doctor everyone should see and know. I was impressed with her every step of the way during my surgery. In Dr. Momin’s office I was treated with a lot of care and respect. Starting with the Receptionist who made me feel comfortable with a smile and lots of help . Waited over an hour past my appointment time before a nurse even popped in to say the doctor would be in to see me shortly. I was there for over for 4 hours for an appointment that should have taken an 1 hour. I have a real issue when a doctor thinks their time is more valuable than mine.

I wanted to share my experience with this place so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I do not recommend this doctor or her office. At my husband's original visit they charged $1,000 on our credit card, claiming he owed that much for the visit. When I contacted the insurance company from the waiting room and verified that we did not owe that much, the office claimed they couldn't refund the money but their offshore business office would mail us a check in a few months. We refused to leave without a refund and they finally credited back all $1,000 and then recharged us for $300 for the visit. A month later, the insurance EOB came in and showed that we only owed $200 so I contacted the office to ask for our refund for the difference of the $300 and the actual amount owed. It has been weeks and I am still getting the "run around" from them, staring that they haven't sent out the refund because they have left us numerous messages and we won't call them back. None of that is true. No one has tried to call us. They are trying to take people's money in this office. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! She is partnered with SQ Dermatology Solutions in Grapevine and they are doing this as well. I believe they are in on this together. They are not giving up front with anything they do, they try to do more things than you need, and they over charge. BOTH OF THESE OFFICES are dishonest. Do not waste your time. Dr. Momin and her team were awesome. I was apprehensive and expected the worst. Instead, I got the best! Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. So glad I was referred to her office.

Fortunately, my melanoma was not too deep and could be considered for Mohs surgery. Unfortunately, for me - it was on my face. I consulted with traditional melanoma surgeons in Dallas ultimately deciding to try Mohs on this, my second bout with skin cancer. This surgery occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic so there was an added value to this outpatient technique and not having to check into hospital. Dr. Momin had a positive attitude toward the challenge of reducing the scaring and was able to transfer a portion of my facial tissue so as to not take a graft from another part of my body. Basically, she removed a puzzle piece and placed it in line with the portion removed. This left me with a triangle shaped fine line suture. While healing, people asked what happened, I told them I was attacked by a Dorito. The staff at this facility were friendly and helpful working with my schedule and assisting with my post-surgical needs. A good “bed side manner” is something rarely seen these days, I have had many Drs. over the years who treated me like I was just another car in for an oil change. So if you are having to deal with this type of removal it might as well be with someone that has a positive personality. Look around you, take a moment to feel how lucky you are. I have been a patient of Dr. Momin for fie years Both when she was part of a large practice and subsequently on her own. She is clearly master of the tasks required to get the job done. But it is her overall savior faire that takes her to the top of class. There is never a moment when she doesn't exude the confidence that she can do this job. She is not arrogant, simply confident. She is able to talk the patient through the procedure easing whatever concerns are present. What I am most impressed with is the care she takes to the finish the job. Yes, removing all cancerous cells is the goal, but when that is done, she is not finished. The care and expertise she exhibits in putting you back together is remarkable. Dr. Momin was kind enough to give me a consultation as I was very concerned for myself; others wanted to do the surgery before they had even met me. On the day of the surgery there were no surprises and it actually went better than I had anticipated. The surgery, in my opinion, was a difficult one. Dr. Momin told me her plan just prior to surgery and then executed it. I knew she had given the procedure forethought and this is why the procedure succeeded. My second surgery was even more impressive. My mom, to this day still marvels with eyes wide open and states in amazement "I can't even tell." I agree with mom! Thank you Dr. Momin.

Had Moh’s surgery on my face. Dr Momin performed the surgery with very little pain and the healing of the scar is almost invisible within a month of the surgery!

A very "comfortable experience" even given that it was MOH's Surgery! Dr Momin and staff from front desk to patient room nurses, and the Doctor herself is one of total caring, concern, and quiet competence. On time, superb facilities, and a relaxed atmosphere contributing to patient comfort.

Excellent and friendly staff! Dr Momim explained every detail before the procedure and what to expect in recovery. The nurse even called me twice after returning home to check on me! Would highly recommend this Dr to anyone that needs surgery to correct a problem!

Great surgeon, I had basal cell on the crease of my wrinkle line on top of my mouth below my nose area. She did an excellent job removing and repairing the area that you can hardly tell I have a scar anymore. I would highly recommend. I wish she was a dermo and I could go to her all the time. Not long waits as well before appts. Front desk is very welcoming.

I have been going to Dr Momin for over six years; yes, I have on-going skin cancer issues. I have gone to other surgeons for mohs surgery, but now will not go to anyone else after I found Dr Momin. She is patient; kind; friendly; she explains what needs to be done where I can understand it, but more importantly, she takes her time to make sure the stitches from the cancer removal will leave the slightest, if any, scar, as a woman, that is important to me. She makes sure she gets all of the cancer, even if that means we have to go deeper than anticipated, I totally trust her decisions. As a former scuba instructor, I am now paying the price of 20+ years in the sun, I’m thankful I have found a doctor I love and trust to help my squamous cancer before they turn worse without me looking like a “sewn-up quilt”. I highly recommend Dr Momin, and have to my friends and family, or anyone else.

I’m unable to comment on Dr Momin’s surgical skills as no procedures were performed. Perhaps I just caught her on a bad day, but I got the feeling that I was there to benefit her rather than the other way around. Even an apology that she was unable to do anything after 2 hours would have been a polite gesture.

I found Dr. Momin through my insurance company. The total service from the front desk, nurses and all were great. Dr. Momin did a great job with my procedure.

Second time, better than the first, and the first was great. Everything about her practice is first class. Her suturing is unbelievably awesome.

The bottom line is that I would go to Dr Momin again if I needed Mohs surgery. She removed basal cell cancer from my lower eyelid and did a great job. Before surgery I was concerned because the location of the skin cancer was very close to the eye opening. I was concerned about removal of all the cancer and the appearance after the reconstruction. The cancer is gone and you can't even tell that I had surgery. Dr Momin's office staff are professional and personable. They were effective and caring. Wait times were reasonable. Anyone considering Mohs surgery should keep in mind that the surgeon doesn't know how many cutting/examination cycles will be required until the last excision shows that the skin is cancer free. There are multiple patients going through these cycles throughout the day. Each patient should expect the surgeon and lab to take as much time as necessary for each cycle and as many cycles as necessary. I don't want rushed surgery for myself or for anyone else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Momin since 2014. She has performed 6 surgeries on me since that time for skin Cancer. She is very meticulous with her work and is above and beyond a professional Doctor. My surgeries (5) were all on my face ,neck and side at the ear. Her detailed stitching and results are above reproach. I have no scares showing from her surgeries. That in itself was a great relief to me as you cannot tell where any of my surgeries took place including the one on my back. I cannot give this Doctor enough gratitude for her professionalism and final outcome of my surgeries. Very little pain and her assistants are also very professional and do excellent work.

I was referred to Dr. Momin by my Dermatologist for the treatment of a basal cell carcinoma through Mohs surgery. Dr. Momin did a great job of detailing the surgery...what to expect during the procedure and how to handle things afterwards. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Dr. Momin to others.

I had a great experience with Dr. Momin. I was nervous about having surgery done but she made sure I was comfortable the entire time and helped calm me down. After the surgery she was ready to answer any questions I had. And the incision was small enough on my head that it's hardly noticeable. I'm very happy with my experience!

Dr. Momin has done several Mohs surgeries on my scalp, face, and ears and has done an excellent job with very little scarring. I would recommend her to anyone in need of this type of surgery.

I recently had my second Mohs procedure with Dr. Momin. This one was particularly challenging due to the location and size. Now you can’t even see it unless you know where and what to look for. I can’t say enough about Dr. Momin and her staff. I’m sure there is another procedure in my future and Dr. Momin will be my choice.

Advanced Dermasurgery Associates is by far the best place to have MOHs procedure done. Dr. Saira Momin is one of the best at the procedure. I have had two of these procedures done now, one was very recent. You would not even be able to tell me where on my neck it was done. The recent one is healing very nicely and should be the same. Dr. Momin has incredible bedside manner, her people skills are great! She lets you know what is going on at all times. I highly recommend Dr. Momin!

I have had several mohs surgeries and my last 2 have been with Dr Momin. My experiences with Dr Momin and her staff have far exceeded my previous experiences. The staff is friendly, always there to make you comfortable, and Dr Momin is willing to answer any concerns you might have. With regard to the surgeries, If you could have seen the size and depth of my last basil cell removal you would not believe I have no scar. Dr Momin's skill and personal demeanor is truly amazing.

Dr Momin provided: written patient instructions and explanations; she reviewed, clarified procedures, and answered questions paramount to being at ease (during the five office visits = consultation, three surgeries, and follow-up). I requested two schedule changes, successfully. I called to present a concern based on recommended further treatment for which an immediate and fear-allying response was provided. I commend Dr Momin for her comforting demeanor, medical integrity and caring approach.

I am a 70 year old male. In February 2017 I had a growth removed at my dermatologist s office. removed and biopsied, came back as Merkel cell carsonoma, nerver heard of it, but can be very dangerous. I was referred to Dr Momin, best thing that could have happened. She explained in great detail what Merkel cell was, and how it should be treated. Mohs was not the way to go.I felt a lot more confident after our visit. Recommend Dr Sharma at UTSW. Can’t thank her enough, probably saved my life!

She is always very gentle and compassionate, always takes time to talk to me and explain what and why she is doing what she is doing, and above all, treats me like she has all the time in the world to calm down a scared patient. Her staff is wonderful, from front desk to the assisting nurses. I hope I never have another surgery, but if I do, she will make it much better!

My experience with Dr. Momin and the MOHS surgery she preformed to remove a basal cell carcinoma from my forehead was excellent. It's barely 6 weeks out and my scar looks so good! Almost invisible! I have used the product sold in the office as directed faithfully and will until the 6 month from surgery date. The entire staff is both professional and kind.

I have been treated by Dr. Momin numerous times for removal of squamous carcinoma. She has always treated me with respect, answered all my questions and made me feel confident in the treatment I recieved. No matter how large the site, I was left with no scars and no reoccurance of the carcinoma. Her office staff is professioinal, kind and attentive to all lmy needs. Dr. Momins office is thirty miles away from my home but I would not risk my treatment with any other doctor. Great doctor!

Dr. Momin successfully removed a basil cell carcinoma lesion that was located near my left eyebrow. Since the lesion was close to my eye, I was a bit concerned about having surgery, but Dr. Momin and her staff handled the whole process quickly and smoothly. Within a couple of weeks, the stitches were out and today there is no sign I've had surgery.

I was referred to Dr. Momin for removal of a basal cell on my upper lip. Because the bump on my lip was tiny, I was expecting a small incision and minimal repair. As it turned out, I had a much larger incision and repair than I imagined. I was horrified at how I looked leaving the office. Dr. Momin assured me repeatedly that it would heal well and be fine. So 4 months later, it looks great. She was completely correct and I have recommended her to a friend who recently had a similar surgery.

Been cursed with 6 basil cell cancer surgeries (Mohs) in the last 12 months. Every time, Dr Momin was very deliberate, careful, and consistent in handling the surgeries to put me at ease that she removed the cells and minimized the scaring!!! One surgery was on my nose that I wanted a dedicated plastic surgeon to handle the post surgery sutures due to the visibility of the surgery , Dr Momin stopped her day to get on her personal cell phone to find a contact/plastic surgeon for me!!!!

Dr. Momin did a great job removing a basal cell carcinoma. I had a similar procedure by another doctor several years ago on the opposite arm but the results with Dr. Momin in terms of healing and scarring were noticeably better. Two months post surgery, the scar is barely visible. I had an initial visit, the surgery and two post-op visits and each ran on time which is another huge plus. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends.
