Very compassionate and isn’t in a hurry to move on to the next patient

He performed an epidural steroid injection for my lumbar issues. The procedure was rushed and painful, if a local was administered it never took effect. The spinal headache afterward was horrible. But the longer term results once it took effect are good and significantly improved both the amount of time I can spend on my feet and the amount of sensation in my feet and lower legs. So I guess everything worked out in the end.

Was referred to him. One of the BEST Doctor's I've been too. Very friendly and nos what he's doing. I definitely will see him when needed.

Dr. Gupta is very nice. He has good bedside manners. He listens to you and he doesn't act like he's in a rush. Dr. Gupta involves you in your care, he givesyouallofyouroptions. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Gupta took away my pain after the non-invasive procedure. The nurses and all involved made sure I was comfortable. Then I healed and got stronger for 4 weeks. He reassured me yesterday that those bones won't break again. Thanks Dr. Gupta and staff at Herrin Hospital where the surgery was done. I am so grateful for all you did.

I have seen Dr. Gupta for my back pain . I have been on pain medications for the last 20 years, but he recommended a spinal cord stimulator. I have been pain free since the stimulator was put in me and not on any pain medications anymore. He has been a miracle worker for me.

I've been seeing Dr. Gupta for several months now, and I'm genuinely pleased. He always answers any questions that I have, he's very compassionate towards my conditions and has a great bedside manner. Dr Gupta was so helpful in explaining my condition and treating my pain. I had a great experience

Do not have any procedure performed by this doctor. While performing a procedure on my husband, he caused him so much pain that he clenched his jaw for the whole procedure. He asked for something to alleviate his pain and it was withheld. Two days later we were in the ED three times within a week with severe pain. They found what they called an abscess in his upper jaw. It was not an abscess but a fractured tooth. Mayo is saying it was a successful procedure?????
