Dr. Basta explained in detail her recommended procedure for my treatment plan in a manner that I fully understood. Her staff are friendly, courteous and very professional.

I can't say enough about the professionalism, compassion for patients, and skills and ability of the staff at St Mary's led by Dr. Basta. No matter how bad your teeth are, however hopeless you think it is, however long it's been, you deserve to be happy. It can be fixed. You deserve it.

Dr Basta has a commanding knowledge of her science and her staff are very professional. She uses the latest technology in her work and she is very analytical in her approach. I recommend her.

Anxiety, anxiety is how I feel when visiting Dr. Basta for dental work. Whether it is for cleaning or taking care of cavities my nerves get the best out of me. Today Dr Basta noticed my anxiety and was so thoughtful and caring during my procedure. I told her what made me uncomfortable and she was able to make me feel at ease. Dr Basta came highly recommended by my daughter-in-law who is also a Prosthedontist but practices in a different state. That should speak volumes in itself!!! And I can confidently say, I was immediately impressed when Dr Basta took time to speak with my brother and I on the phone before we had even taken our mother for her first appointment as a new patient. Dr Basta was honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. She immediately recognized the best option for our mother and recommended an oral surgeon to provide the best care for our mother. Finding Dr. Basta is such a blessing. I was in search of a wizard to magically fix my teeth and i was very delighted to meet Dr.Basta who made feel like the impossible was possible and I am Very excited to get my smile back!!

Update- Now that I’m done with the whole process I’m happy to say that she solved my implant/bridge problem and was able to do it in a way that saved me a considerable amount of money. I’m happy and would recommend her and her staff highly.

BEWARE!! Dr Basta is a money hungry dentist who preys on the elderly. Her practice makes false claims on accepting your insurance just to get you in for a consultation (charged me $85) and up sells like a used car salesman. i made appointment to get my 7 teeth cleaned. when i went in doctor kept talking about implants and i told her i did not want implants i was charged $225 for a consultation and she wanted to also take x-rays etc before cleaning the teeth so i left. now i have a $225 bill for nothing.

Friendly and warm welcome. Alicia is amazing. Dr. Saeda Basta is very informative and very very very good. She explained the procedures thoroughly. Amazing services.

I ate breakfast today (avocado toast) and noticed a gritty sensation on my teeth. I looked in the mirror and noticed a possibly cracked front tooth. My dentist referred me to Dr Basta's office. The receptionist Alicia was so warm and friendly on the phone and immediately fitted me into the schedule and did warn me that I would have to wait, but that the doctor would see me. We exchanged insurance info over the phone. It was such a relief knowing that the dentist would see me right away. The office is immaculately clean and nicely decorated. There are free samples of probiotic drops and mouth wash in the reception area. My favorite. I filled out some paperwork and watched a video which was helpful since I have never been to a prosthodontics office before. Dr Basta was very friendly and thorough. She examined my teeth and noticed some cracked fillings in two areas. The tooth definitely was cracked, but needed to be cleaned and removal of plaque and tarter build up prior to putting on the composite filling. I was so glad that I didn't need a crown or implant and that she was able to fix my tooth. The composite matched my original tooth color and that gritty feeling as I passed my tongue over the chipped tooth was gone. The dentist and staff taught me to use a wire brush for brushing the specs between my teeth and that my brushing technique probably wasn't helping the gum recession I was experiencing. I purchased a mouth rinse and was given a soft bristle tooth brush and wire brush by gum brand to take home. I'd like to thank Dr Basta for taking care of my tooth emergency and making me feel at ease while paying attention to other teeth issues going on that I would have to address in the near future like a wisdom tooth growing in to be exact. This was my worst dental experience ever and I will never go back and would certainly never refer any of my family or friends. It was my first visit and my last and I was referred by a dental professional that I hold in a very high regard so I thought this would be a good fit. I was left waiting for over 5 hours and never treated. They also tried to charge me fees that my insurance company said were not billable. Additionally, they planned to charge me $35.00 per visit for PPE even though the insurance company said that fee is not billable and Dr. Basta's office didn't seek an approval to bill me for that fee. Dr. Basta is an amazing dentist and prosthodontist she spent a lot of time explaining to me everything that needed to be done and took into consideration everything wrong with my mouth and jaw and took the time to make sure I understood everything she really does care about her patients which is number one on my list. She spent almost two hours with me and we paid only $50 for an initial consultation I went to another prosthodontist and paid $150 and he would barely even answer questions I had left very upset at that place but at this place doctor Basta's office. I had a filling that broke and I thought for sure that it was going to be a root canal but Dr Basta was very careful with the amount of tooth that she removed to be able to save the tooth and keep it as a filling for me. I am so thankful for Dr Basta and the care that she puts into her work. She is definitely NOT a drill and fill dentist. Thank you Dr Basta!
