Absolutely terrible service. I called for an appointment after my doctor referred me. They said they would call me back and never did. When I did call them the receptionist was the rudest lady I've ever talked to. She didn't let me speak at all and eventually she said the next appointment would be 3 months down the line. Terrible, terrible, terrible staff. Shiela is the absolute worst. Unfortunately, she's the office manager so you can only complain to the doctor (whose never there). The girl who takes care of prescriptions is near retarded. Neither speaks English well. I suppose if you speak farsi or hindi you might get treated better.
