Saw Dr K for wrist pain and trigger thumb. Tried the shots it didn’t help. Dr K recommended surgery simple and quick procedure! He is very informative and reassuring. Quick recovery pain is gone trigger finger is gone! I would highly recommend Dr K he knows is stuff. Wyandot Memorial was great too! Everyone was so friendly!

I was in pain losing feeling in my hand. Dr Kleinfelter to the rescue. He did a major surgery. It worked and I am so happy. So polite and informative. He is awesome

Had surgery 3 weeks ago. Dr Klinefelter and his staff were wonderful. Very kind and helpful.

Amazing friendly and listened to what I said very caring

Dr. Klinefelter and the entire staff at Ortho Neuro are top notch and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the New Albany, Ohio facility to anyone needing care beyond their family physician.

Dr Klinefelter did a great job on my thumb. It was in a 45 degree angle. It is now straight. My massage therapist said it felt perfect. I highly recommend him to anyone!!!

Very good and certified

I had pain in my thumb and wrist and after checking those areas, Dr. Klinefelter said that I have tendonitis. I have worn a splint for 30 days, which has helped but hasn't totally made it better so I received my first cortisone shot yesterday. Hopefully, this shot will take care of it. Dr. Klinefelter has been very professional and caring. He has given me opportunities to ask questions and he takes time explaining everything.

He explains very well. I have been seen for a couple of issues and things are going great now. Highly recommend Dr Klinefelter.

During both of my visits, Dr. Klinefelter was very thorough and explained my diagnosis clearly. He offered options - conservative and potential surgery. When the conservative approach was unsuccessful, he outlined what will be involved with surgery and the recovery.

Dr. Klinefelter is very knowledgeable and took time with me to discuss my hand injury. I totally trusted his diagnosis and conclusion. He has previously completed three successful surgeries on my wife, daughter and granddaughter. He is highly skilled and I recommend him highly.

I recommend Ortho Neuro. My whole family has gone there for years and all the doctors are good. It's not such a big conglomerate as one of the other Ortho centers in our city.

Great office, everyone has been kind and professional

I’ve seen Dr. Klinefelter for several finger issues, both at Ohio State and now at OrthoNeuro. He is terrific. Has a great bedside manner, has great communication skills and most importantly has resolved my issues. He also has a great staff and the office is very nice.

My experience from the beginning to the conclusion of my treatment with Dr kleinfelter and his staff was stellar. I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and because I am a musician, was very concerned about losing the use of my hand. Dr klinefelter explained everything to me. Dr kleinfelter performed the procedure and I am very pleased with the results.

He was very professional listened to what was bothering me and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Had surgery on both hands for carpel tunnel and am recovering well. He did a great job and answered all my questions both before and after surgery. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My physician has a great bedside manner and is genuine in his approach to providing care. I'm very happy with my care and experience.

Always on time, takes time to answer all questions and explains treatment. Set expectations for treatment results.

I found Dr. Klinefelter to be very knowledgeable and thorough in helping to determine the possible cause(s) of my medical issues. He also took the time to answer all of questions thereby calming some of my major concerns. I would most definitely highly recommend him to anyone seeking the services of a cardiologist.

I've been with Ortho/ Neuro for over 3 decades. Recently visited with Dr. Klinefelter after 4 long years and, again, am completely satisfied with his course of treatment. Less than 24 hours and feel almost back to normal.

My experience at Ortho Neuro was very positive. Dr. Klinefelter and his staff were courteous and set clear expectations as to what to expect with my hand surgery . After having 15 surgeries due to a horrific car accident I had March of 2017 my little broken body is still recovering. I’m blessed to have survived an accident I was not complicit in ( a young woman texting hit me head on going 55mph). A month in ICU and several months in a rehab center it was a year before I walked. While vacationing on Marco Island recently I had an unfortunate fall and broke my right hand. I was confident I could be seen by my Ortho team but was told the entire office was unavailable until the second week of November. My primary care Dr recommend I see Dr Klinefelter. His staff was so friendly and helpful and got me in to see Dr Klinefelter right away. I liked him right away and put me in a cast to immobilize my injury. The staff worked with to get me in the kind of cast I can manage. I have a follow up appointment with Dr Klinefelter Nov 2nd. It's been 4 years since I've seen Dr. Klinefelter my previous wrist pain was completely gone due to me consistently wearing my splint. Now the pain has returned and due to Covid I'm unable to return to the office to get my splint so I purchased another one. Hopefully the pain will subside. He was very informative and helpful. Answered all my questions and helped so I could make a good decision. Day after my appt and my hand feels a lot better. His assistant kory was so helpful and helped me relax. No pressure or anxiety good communicator. Thank you all so much.

I did not have good results even after 2 surgeries on a flexor tendon.
