Dr Grabow was the only Dr that would see me after going to so many places. He has a long wait of referrals but takes care of you once you are there . Very well for a specialist. During any of my visits, his staff and Dr. Grabow has been very professional, informative, friendly and short waiting time. He explained to me about about Carpal Tunnel and procedure where I understood and was comfortable about the surgery. Surgery went really and I am looking to do the other side.

Dr Grabow and his staff were very kind and accommodating when I was having an emergency with my hand. They were very professional and were able to reduce my hand pain which I am so thankful for! I recently suffered a broken finger due to a fall while visiting Las Vegas. Dr. Grabow's staff thankfully got me an appointment the same day for a consult. I needed a surgical repair and had surgery within 2 days at Flamingo Surgical Center. The surgery was successful and at each of my follow up visits Dr. Grabow and his staff were very professional and caring. I highly recommend this practice and staff. I am a retired critical care RN and am somewhat hesitant to recommend medical practices unless they go above and beyond to provide first rate care. This staff and Dr. Grabow accomplished that goal. Veterans using the mission act via Tri-west STAY AWAY! While the Doctor seemed fine, his staff are IMHO worthless. 1 1/2 months later and required paperwork never recieved or faxed to Tri-west (per Tri-west). I made two phone calls to the Doctors staff and was on hold with Tri-west when Tri-west spoke to them to fax documents for an MRI. Followed up with Tri-west again and they said fax never came in. The dr has skills! He's done cortisone injections in my hand twice and it was extremely effective both times. Fyi I had my pain management dr who does my injections in my neck for stenosis do my hand once and it had no effect. The doctor’s appts began at nine and by eleven he was an hour behind. No apologies. No explanations, besides the nurse saying to me he’s always behind. Seems like a nice enough guy and competent but if your time has any value to you, you don’t want him as your doctor.

Terrible clinic, you are better off jumping off a bridge then seeing these hacks.

Watch your step when dealing with these people. You need to watch the office staff with a suspicious eye. If they decide to play games they will lose your paperwork. Or, in my case, they will temporarily lose it if you ask a question they do not like. In case you are curious, I asked how much my surgeries were going to cost. This pissed them off so my paperwork was temporarily misfiled at the last minute and delayed my surgery to teach me a lesson. I recommend staying away from these people. Great service by Dr. Grabow and the entire staff. I had a problem with my elbow which required three visits. Each one was superb! No problems scheduling or rescheduling for any of my appointments. I found Dr. Grabow to be professional and would highly recommend him.

I had a giant cell tumor in my index finger close to the nerve and Dr Grabow successfully removed it. I didn't have to take any pain medication bcz I had no pain after the surgery. He is very professional! Tania Ford

Billed for services not rendered and then sent to collections. And to top it all off I was harassed by his staff about the bill. The surgery was never completed and all of my Copayments were paid in full at the time of appointment. I will not be going back nor will I recommend. Dr. Grabow is wonderful! My son fractured & tore a tendon in his thumb at football camp. He was really apprehensive and Dr. Grabow helped my son (and me) feel at ease and comfortable with surgery. My son is well and on the the mend; getting for three football camps this June. Dr. Grabow & his staff are amazing!

Very unprofessional and uninformed staff, the doctor spends less than 3 minutes with you after you wait sometimes for hours...

Outstanding hand surgeon. Highly skilled and genuinely dedicated to his patients. Dr Grabow, is also one of the rare US hand doctors trained in the Dupuytren’s contracture needle “aponeurotomy”. This minimally invasive procedure commonly used in Western Europe is a remarkably effective alternative to the open-hand surgery to release fingers contracture. It is virtually painless, with very short recovery time and, should we note, much less costly.

The Dr. always late. I had 3 visits here and I waited anywhere from 45 min to 1 hour 30 min to get in the exam room. Then I wait another 15 to 30 min to get about 5 min of face time and a steriod injection for my duputryns contracture. Dr. Grabow was literally walking away from while I was trying to talk to him and ask questions about my hand. Front desk ladies are nice. But why does this guy always seem to over book ! Does he not respect his patients time ? I would have given 1 star but the steriod shots have helped. And he did give me some good info. I just can not get over the unreasonable wait times and walking away from while I was trying to talk to him. If a delay happens infrequently it is understandable, but if it happens all the time it is unacceptable. This clinic needs to shift it's thinking to have respect for its patients time. Likelihood less than poor. Dr. is OK but staff are the most incompetent, disintertested, and potentially harmful medical staff I've ever encountered. They failed to respond to phone calls, even when I was only 4 days out from surgery. for three days in a row. Made excuses regarding staffing to explain why I had been ignored. I could have had serious infection or other problems but they would not have known because they didn't call me to find out. Set up for legal problems for doctor!

Dr Grabow illiviated my pain from De Quervaines Tendonitis after one visit. he was professional, kind and informative. I highly recommend him.

Hands down the rudest doctor ever. Had zero compassion or care of my own well being. Started to examine my wrist and blamed me because I was not relaxing my wrist even though I was in a lot of pain that I was trying to tolerate. Was rushed when he came in the examine room, and then right before I decided to walk out he throw in my face he knew what was wrong with my wrist. I would not let him work on me or my wrist if he was the last hand doctor in the world. Would NOT recommend at all.

I felt Dr. Grabow understood and respected MY concerns and numerous questions regarding painful issues I was experiencing in both hands and further that he offered me patient and clear explanations as to my treatment options so that I could make informed decisions. Ultimately, a minor surgical procedure on each hand, performed comfortably in his office, seems to have resolved my problems and I could not be happier with the results.

I went to Dr Grabow with a work comp injury (distal radius fracture) & with w/c the patient doesn't get many choices. Turns out he's a fantastic surgeon that I'd recommend to anyone. He's straight forward regarding options, what to expect, & recovery times. He had to insert a plate/screws/and a pin to put my wrist back together. He's 'old school' when it comes to physical therapy, he instructs the pt staff and monitors recovery regularly. His staff is great, always friendly & accommodating.

The office staff is absolutely HORRIBLE and INCOMPETENT. They told me their billing department is the collections agency and they could not show me the bill. Next stop Nevada Joint Commissions.

He dont do anything for a torn rotator cuff!! And he loves to push steroid meds... Either by an injection or the pills.. He's always in a hurry and never has time to talk with patients!! Time to find a new Dr i wont be going back!!

3 times in his office for shoulder injury all three times i sat in the waiting room for between 15 to 30 minutes then sat in the exam room between 20 to 50 minutes all three times I could her Dr Grabow with other patients any were from 1 tear to 4 tears in there shoulder and all where told that they just need a steroid injection 7 people total never surgery the second time I came in after Grabow requested A second MRI he never looked at it just said steroid injecton 3 time in said I was old 34.

Very very incompetent and lying staff. Keep on losing my paperworks and will completely deny it.

came in with mri he looked at it for 5 sec then said we need to order a better mri I asked how long for request for new mri he said 14 days it took 45 days geting new mri soon going on 2 months with him with nothing damaged shoulder 7 months ago Grabow gave me 6 minutes of his time and sent me to get steroid pills that did not fix my torn rotator cuff.
