Ryan Wesley Fairchild

I crashed into a concrete wall riding my bike and had a very serious fracture of my radius bone and multiple fractures in my right radial wrist. Dr. Ryan Fairchild was my assigned surgeon and in my view is nothing less than brilliant. When my wife and I Googled him for reviews, degrees, etc., we found nothing which frankly gave us cause for concern. We thought perhaps we had a new doctor and I was his guinea pig, so to speak. Turns out that was NOT the case. My experienced physical therapist has praised the work Ryan did to reconstruct my wrist and arm. I have a plate about 4 inches long with one screw in it and a couple of hooks to realign the bone properly. When I asked on a scale of 1-10 what the severity of my injury was, I was told it was a 10 and that I could have lost the use of my arm. I'm going to get back 100% use of my hand.
