Dr. Ryan Boeck

The experience I've had with Dr. Boeck himself, has been wonderful. This review is for the admin staff. I have called 3 times in the matter of a week trying to confirm an appt I have and have been hung up on, never had my calls & VM's returned, constantly put on hold just to have the call answered and then disconnected. I will probably miss this appt for my son because I'm not sure what time it is set as I have NOT received ANY confirmation emails, texts or calls. I have never had such a negative experience like this before with customer service. I'm so disappointed in the front desk staff. My first appt for my son was back in November and I haven't been back for our follow up (which was supposed to only be 3 months after) because the original appt I had, the front desk called days later, leaving a MSG saying they had to cancel and reschedule.. so I rescheduled.. but have had 0 confirmation since then. I would really appreciate if someone actually gave me a call and took me & my child seriously. I don't ever write negative reviews. I understand things happen, people are short staffed, & overwhelmed. But this is just carelessness.

Dr. Boeck was very thorough in the explanation of my child’s symptoms and possible diagnoses. He is very good at what he does! He took the time to listen and truly understand what I was saying in regards to my concerns and made sure I was informed on all aspects of our visit! Thank you Dr Boeck!

Dr. Boeck is compassionate and well informed. He digs in to find solutions for families who may feel as though their case is too unique or rare to warrant progress. We’re new patients but feel like we’re at the right place for our son’s journey.

Dr. Boeck is amazing. My son was having issues with behavior at school constantly. My pediatrician recommended having him tested for ADHD and autism. We met with Dr. Boeck and took all the needed tests. As I parent it was so stressful to wonder about the what if’s. Dr. Boeck explained everything to me and to my son so he wouldn’t be anxious. He was diagnosed with ADHD and we have been treated by DR. Boeck ever since. I would recommend him to any parent that may need assistance.

We scheduled an appt for my son and it was a complicated case. The reason for visit didn’t fully capture what we were needing to address with my son’s multiple issues. The appt was initially scheduled as a telemedicine visit however Dr Boeck was responsive and helped us reschedule appt to be in-person and ultimately to address areas of concern. It pushed our appt out but it was worth the wait. When we arrived, Dr was very familiar with our case and was very thorough in his questioning and evaluation. Thank you so much!

Dr. Boeck is very kind and really dedicated to understanding the needs of his patients, always looking to help them improve in their development, his recommendations have helped my son a lot especially in times of crisis.

One of the best doctors!

Fantastic first impressions. I felt he listened to our concerns and he provided hopeful feedback. I'm anxiously awaiting our next appointment.

Dr Boeck is amazing. He is very helpful and makes sure the whole child is taken care of.

We’ve been with Dr. Boeck for the last 7 years and have always had the absolute best experience. He’s attentive and understand to both of my children’s needs. We love that he’s willing to help us navigate seeing other specialist when needed and has always been just as invested in finding answers for us. We are so thankful for everything he has done for us.

He’s an expert in ADHD and has really helped our family navigate the correct medicine and therapies for our child.

Worst experience with appointments, after taking appointment 2 months before they cancelled our appointment 1 week before saying my child didn’t visit Dr in last 2 to 3 years(Do they know what was going in the world last 2 years). Just to arrange some other patient appointments they are cancelling our appointment with crazy reasons. And giving us appointment after 2 months. You don’t have any concern on patients, all you want to earn more, more and more money. Although the first visit was a video visit, Dr Boeck was very thorough. He engaged the patient in a number of test to determine if there are any learning disabilities. His Instructions was easy for her to follow. I get the sense that he is going to help us get to the root of the problem.

My son has been a patient with Dr. Boeck for several years now. Dr. Boeck is always respectful, good at listening, and attentive to each concern. We leave each appointment feeling like there is a plan A and a plan B and we know the parameters for switching from plan A to B. Dr. Boeck is attentive and a great listener. He works with patients and families as partners in determining what’s best for the child. He is willing to say “I don’t know” when that’s the truth, instead of always playing the all-knowing expert. Dr.Boeck is a great doctor and I would recommend him . He patiently listen to my concerns and evaluate my son while most doctors just ignored me he took time to understand my concerns. I’m grateful for him been my child’s doctor .

Dr Boeck is extremely great with parents new to a diagnosis of their child. He has a great bedside manner and is gentle but direct with delivery of what the next best steps are for your child. I highly recommend!

We are so lucky to have Dr. Boeck as we navigate life with a kiddo on the spectrum. Dr. Boeck is very knowledgeable in his area! He explained the process in detail, asked questions that pertained to our son, and made the whole process less nerve wracking. I’m glad our pediatrician had recommended him. We definitely feel comfortable going with him!

My family and I did not have a good experience with Dr. Boeck. He was not sensitive to our family needs. He does not use an integrative medicine approach.

We did not have a good experience. Dr. Boeck is of a very old school mindset and lacks bedside manner. He is not trauma informed and if he is he didn’t use that knowledge in our visit.

I had a ton of concerns for my child and dr Ryan boeck was fantastic!! He covered everything listened to my concerns and took his time to really understand where I was coming from and put me at ease with what’s to come! I really really recommended dr boeck hands down however I am extremely frustrated with the rest of his staff and I’ve only had to deal with them very little I had to get our appointment online because calling i was getting the run around with getting transferred once my son appointment was over we were asked to call and make a follow up and a apt for a test not a problem at all doing that so I did and I got transferred again twice and was directed to the nurse where I left a voicemail to then be told she didn’t make appointment for the test my son was needing! She transferred my over yet again to scheduling and I had to be a royal “bi***” so I didn’t have to be pawned off to the next person for a simple appointment scheduled not excited about that I also was a week early with our appointment and the person I talked to ask about it since I thought I had missed the doctor all together she laughed at me and made it extremely uncomfortable! I almost asked our primary to refer us somewhere else! I’m glad I didn’t because like I said the doctor is fantastic but the staff is really difficult to work with! I have a child with special needs and appointment right now with covid make me extremely anxious and was worried I missed our appointment it was a zoom apt and I’m still having a hard time sorting meetings like that out I didn’t want to mess it up so I really don’t appreciate the attitude to just having my dates wrong! My daughter has ASD and ADHD. Dr Boeck is consistently awesome in every way you'd hope a doctor would be in such circumstances. I'd easily and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a pediatric neurologist. ????????

Our (son & my) first appointment was a couple days ago. We joined via a telemed/Zoom call and felt it went smoothly. Dr Boeck was very attentive and came across as a caring medical professional. He was patient and attentive to my son’s responses.

Dr. Boeck is by far the best doctor to see for any neurology issue for your child! He is understanding, empathetic, resourceful! Unlike some doctors they don't really take into consideration your thoughts and concerns. Or prescribes meds right away and send you on your way.. Thats not Dr. Boeck! Your child's best interest is his priority! My son see’s Dr. Boeck, and he is absolutely amazing. He seriously listens to all my concerns I have and gives me the best feedback. And if things are just kinda trial and error he has a backup plan for a backup plan.. I know he really cares for my son and his needs and that is what’s most important to me. Highly recommended
