I had Mohs Surgery on my hand. It was a different hand that I also had the same surgery on. I highly recommend Dr Ahern and Nurse Kelly. They provided me very good service and I was very comfortable with the process. I used them twice because I have complete confidence and belief on their procedures. Along with that they are also very nice people. Thanks to them for taking very good care of me.

I had to have Mohs surgery done. Staff, nurses and Dr were great. Procedure went perfectly and quickly. Nurse followed up next day to check on me. I will use them everytime.

Dr. Ahern is a very professional and highly competent surgeon. He performed two MOHs type surgeries on me and both went very well with excellent cosmetic results. I recommend Dr. Ahern for anyone needing dermatological treatment.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Dr Ahern and his staff, and in particular his Nurse Vanessa, for taking exceptional care of me in my recent visit to his office for a MOHS procedure. Both Dr Ahern and Vanessa carefully explained every step of the procedure with me, made certain that I was comfortable and relaxed, and performed and completed the procedure quickly and made sure that was comfortable with the results and bandaging. This is the kind of medical care you see rarely in this day and time. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Ahern and his office and staff to anyone seeking similar services or care. This was an outstanding experience for me.

I was diagnosed with 2 basal cell carcinomas by my dermatologist, who recommended Mohs surgery with Dr. Ahern or another surgeon. My wife and I researched both doctors and found them to have equally impressive backgrounds--we chose Dr. Ahern because he had room in his schedule within 2 days of our initial call, compared to 5 weeks. Our first contact with Dr. Ahern's office was with Paula in medical billing--she even called my plan to confirm coverage. Then I met Gloria, who settled me into the surgery room--she was friendly and thoroughly described what I could expect, and most importantly listened and responded to my concerns. Dr. Ahern was on point and extremely competent. Gloria gave us clearly written post-op instructions & her number in case we needed her help. The follow-up visit to remove the sutures a week later took little time and was painless. We would highly recommend Dr. Ahern and his staff.

Dr. Ahern is one of the tops in his field. I just had the 3rd Mohs procedure done with him since 2010 and all have gone totally without incident or any issue following the surgery. The office space, the front office staff and the techs . . . but especially Dr. Ahern, just sparkle. They make such a procedure much less stressful than it might otherwise be. If you see Dr. A. once, he will become a trusted healthcare provider.

This is my first time being treated for shin cancer. Dr. Ahern was very informative of the procedure and explained step by step what was going to take place. I’m very pleased his care and treatment. I would highly recommend him for treatment of your needs.

After finding a string of terrible dermatologists, I became super jaded by the time I scheduled with Dr. Ahern. However, he was able to put me at ease within the first 5 minutes of meeting him. He genuinely cares about his patients and their concerns, he even made an alternate treatment suggestion that was just as effective medically, but cost less than half of the procedure which I was initially referred for. He is an all around wonderful doctor and I am very grateful to be under his care.
