Highly recommend! The office staff are personable and informative. No problems making my appointment even with me changing it once due to conflicts. Dr. Russell is a total professional and puts his patient at ease. I had to have a procedure performed and he informed me every step of he way what he was doing. Excellent patient interaction. We had a great discussion about our hometowns while he was doing the procedure. That definitely helped take my mind off and lowered my stress level. I would highly recommend this office! I never made it to the office..I was having severe foot pain for the last 8-9 days so I felt it was time to call a foot doctor. I contacted this office explained my situation and scheduled the appointment. I called back to inform them they would receive some paperwork from my job, and the secretary informed me that Dr Oliver didn't take people off work. With the amount of pain I was having I contacted another Dr., Which took care of all of my needs and my foot is feeling better, but I was going to keep my appointment anyway because I needed to see what the issue was anyway. His secretary called me back with a rude attitude saying there were doctors in Tullahoma that could take care of my needs insinuating I only wanted to be off work. I TOLD HER I just needed my foot looked at. I WAS IN PAIN. SHE WAS ONLY FOCUSED ON THE DR NOT TAKING PEOPLE OFF WORK. Was never focused on my need. I understand offices have polices , but her attitude and the way she handled the situation,. I FINALLY TOLD HER THAT THEIR OFFICE IS CRAZY and I HUNG UP. appointment on time. PROBLEM TAKEN CARE OF!!!

I was fine until I told the clerk about how I heard of them and my insurance and how it was covered. I am a wounded veteran and am going through the VA community care program, which I thought was great because I don’t have to travel as far and it brings more business back to local offices, which covers the bill for whatever I need. It is guaranteed pay!!!!! I was told they weren’t excepting new military patients because it is too much paperwork. Anytime I have gone to a new doctor heck any doctor there is paperwork so what kind of business is this that you can just come in and not fill out paperwork. The clerk would not even let me talk and I admit I lost my cool and had to get rude myself but it was after asking her to please just listen but she kept interrupting and just dismissing anything because I am a veteran. This is not an establishment that needs to remain a business please help me and everyone else by not using their services and taking another possibly unregulated doctor out of the business.
