Sad to see Dr. Coser is slowly retiring. Wish staff communicated prior to my appointment that I would not be seeing him and seeing another provider.

I was happy to meet the new dentist.

Dr. Coser has the best dental hygienist in town, Janet. She’s gentle, very knowledgeable and gives great advice. Definitely recommend Dr. Coser, Janet and their whole team.

Dr. Coser and his staff are simply the BEST.

Dr. Coser and his staff are a tremendously skilled and caring team. They have provided dental care for me for over 20 years and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Coser definitely knows what he is doing and all the dental work I received from him is working out well for me. It just seems sometimes during my visits that he has a lot going on in the office and it feels that he is rushing which makes me feel a little anxious that I am not getting his full attention. At the end everything works out well though ???????? The staff is friendly and professional. I love Sandy, who is very knowledgeable and makes you very comfortable and relaxed while she is working on you. Great office staff! My dental hygienist was great! But most assuredly, Dr. Coser made me feel completely relaxed. He answered all of my questions and addressed the issues I felt I was having.

Great thorough cleaning by an excellent hygienest, x-rays fast and digital, Dr. Coser checked teeth after cleaning and reviewed the x-rays. I even had a neck pillow and chair adjustment for my best comfort. Friendly professional staff and office personnel. I had crowns put in last summer and Dr. Coser fit my bite to my comfort at no charge. There is a nice parking lot and one hour free parking with validation stamp. There is street parking for longer appointments but only a few dollars for over an hour. They take care of billing and check on insurance so the patient just needs to have their dental care performed. They work with you. The office is clean and any shots of novacaine-type medication for numbness were carefully administered and very minimal if any discomfort. I also received a sample size dental floss and new tooth brush after each cleaning. Overall and considering all these factors, I am very glad I found Dr. Coser and in my opinion I would highly recommend his dental services. Office is clean and run very professionally. Dr. Coser very experienced, knowledgeable and fully explains his treatment plan. He has saved me from getting unnecessary dental work (recommended by other dentists) via his second opinions on a couple occasions now. My family and I have been patients of Dr.Coser for 29 years!!! He and his office staff have always been excellent, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend his practice.

I had a cleaning followed by a filling on this visit. The hygienist was friendly and did a great cleaning. Dr. Coser had my filling done perfectly and quickly. Highly recommend Dr. Coser and his practice.

I love this place! Dr. Coser is amazing. He's not only an expert in what he does, but also has a wonderful staff. There is a warm, inviting, family-like environment here. I will always refer all my family and acquaintances to him.

My experience at Dr. Coser's office was literally the worst experience I've EVER had with any so called doctor. I went in for a simple exam as a first time patient. I asked their office assistant if I would need to pay anything out of pocket BEFORE even being seen. She told me no, that I would be covered. Little did I know she did not verify their recommended procedures with my insurance and I later got a $100 bill in the mail for an 'extensive' x-ray that was not covered by my insurance. Their office was very rushed that day, which they did apologize for over and over again and told me they would do their best to take care of me. Their dental assistant struggled to take these extensive x-rays, the Dr. even made a point to mention how bad they were as he was examining them. But he barely looked at my teeth for 5 minutes (with a bad x-ray, they didn't redo it) before deciding I needed 3 fillings and a crown. All the while, he kept prying about my insurance, telling me what good insurance I have. He also told me he doesn't believe in face masks, that "he would know, he's a Doctor," that they don't actually do anything to protect against Covid and that he and his staff do not wear them after open hours in the office. If that wasn't enough, I left their office with a quote for $1200 to do the crown and fillings. I think quarantine made this office desperate, greedy, and unprofessional. Stay away from this place unless you want them to rip you off and put you and your family at risk. Worst experience ever. And just in case Dr. responds to this acting like he doesn't know who I am, take a look at all his negative reviews on Yelp. He acts like he doesn't know who any of them are. Totally ridiculous. I later filed a complaint against them with my insurance company, to which they obviously denied not wearing their masks after hours. This office is incredibly deceitful. Do not trust them. I recently had a root canal and crown put in. Dr. Coser and his team of professionals have been kind and patient with me throughout the whole process. Dr. Coser is a very skilled dentist. After installing the crown, he was able to adjust it so that now when I chew, it feels normal. Thank you Dr. Coser!

Being from a different state and being over stimulated by options made a decision difficult. It was like a lottery pick looking for the best fit. Dr. Coser and his office crew are amazing people. Plus, my teeth always feel great after leaving there.

I had nothing but a great experience with Dr. Coser, himself, but unfortunately my experiences with the front desk receptionists have led me to choose a different dentist office. Rather than billing my insurance, the receptionists made me pay up front immediately after my visit, and I ended up being over-charged. They stated that I would have had to make "special arrangements" with receptionist Allison if I wanted them to bill my insurance first. Allison was unprofessional and difficult to communicate with over the phone regarding my refund, failing to return my phone calls and refusing to work with my insurance company regarding her billing mistake, instead directing me to contact them on my own.
