Appreciate the services provided during our visit. The doctor is so friendly with my boy and she engaged him answer all about his health questions directly. The doctor has complete knowledge about the medical routine and gave the right advices for future follow ups

I had an injury that made us ove... - I had an injury that made us over an hour late for my sons appointment and this was a very important appointment because his diabetes was uncontrolled. Dr. Conroy agreed to work us into her already packed schedule and even with doing that the staff and Dr. Conroy spent more than enough time with us to ensure I would understand the details of my son's current condition and the plan for the future. Never did I feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. I have never had a bad experience at THIS Baystate practice and Dr. Conroy and her staff are an exceptional model of a complete, team-based, medical program.

Terrible.Barely spent time w/us.Brushed off concerns.Didn't answer ?'s.Basically visit was w/resident-didn't tell girls what she was doing-just letter&went under shirt&shorts.Then info passed on 2 doc who looked @ what resident wrote, came in & said kids r fine.Never even examined kids.Told them only prob was they r fat.(my endo feels kids r showing signs of metabolic d/o I have.) YES SHE ACTUALLY USED THE WORD FAT!Now 12 yr old wants fat removal surgery,wt loss pills,extreme wt loss diets.
