Very professional and super caring to my son's needs. He made sure everything is streamlined and prepared so we are fully aware of the timeline and understand the process. Great doctors at Franklin for sure!

He took me through my history, showed me my X-rays & MRIs explaining his decision making process. I felt he viewed me as a whole organism not just a spine or a hop. Also he did not laugh at the non-western approaches I had tried to relieve pain.

Dr. Galvez took a lot of time to fully understand my particular situation and past surgeries. My MRI and x-rays were reviewed and comprehensively discussed with me. Alternatives for recovery were discussed as were the pros and cons of each alternative. He exhibited compassion and genuine concern for my situation.
