Uneducated and uncaring. We took our son with Crohn's disease to her when we moved to LA from Seattle and it was the worst experience of our lives. Dr Harb is uninformed about even the most basic treatments for the disease she specializes in. Our son had a seton loop for perianal fistula (Google it--it's like a zip tie) and actually told us in an appointment that they would "slowly remove it a bit at a time so the tract could heal up behind it." If you know anything about IBD treatment (or can even picture cutting a zip tie and removing it from a child's body "a little bit at a time" over several months), you will understand the absurdity of this. When challenged, she said something to the effect of, "Well, the surgeon handles that, I don't know exactly how it works." When our son wouldn't take the medication prescribed for an active infection, it took 5 phone calls of escalating anger over the course of weeks before anyone in the office returned a phone call. Avoid CHLA and this doc.

Very caring and experienced Dr. with an excellent support staff.

Dr. Harb is incredibly Kind, Patient and thorough. She has helped us for over 5 years with our children and we are very grateful for all her expertise and help.

She is very kind and listened to all my concerns for my child. She helped my child tremendously!
