Awful. Do not arrive early. His receptionist lies about your appointment time because “it’s office policy to make sure you arrive early” I arrived early for my appointment only to be told my actual appointment time wasn’t for another half hour. Actually seeing the doctor all he cared about was my weight and the conditions I was “going through to experience.” I have none of the symptoms of his predictions and my medical history shows that. Worse, he presented no solutions. It was simply “wait till you have it the. We will medicate for it”. We spent zero time discussing the health of my baby which was the whole point of my visit. I will never return to his office if I can help it.

Dr BK and his staff were so great. His sonographers are so professional and caring. I would recommend him to everyone. He saved my life.

Best sonographers and staff of any OB or High risk office I have ever been to. Love these girls.

Dr. BK is awesome doctor but the office staff and management are horrible to deal with. They are very unprofessional and have a major lack in communication. The only reason I keep coming to this office is because of the rapport I have with Dr. BK. Management at this office really needs to change and start considering their patients more.

Do not see this doctor. If there was a zero rating, I would have selected that choice. This doctor has no business seeing high risk patients.

The staff was unprofessional and unsympathetic to my concerns. For example, in my appointment with the dietitian, she told me that I could use the same needle more than once to check my blood glucose levels. Furthermore, I was not given pictures of my baby after my ultrasound. When I questioned them about the pictures, the nurse practitioner said that I failed to request them, and they couldn't get them for me because they had deleted them. I believe I was told lies to cover up their failures.

Love him and his staff. They are all very nice and professional. Answer any and all questions that I've had so far. Wait time are very reasonably.
