Service was fine, but they overcharged me for something that was actually, covered! When contacted, they sent me a check. That Check. Bounced! I was charged an additional 12.50 on top of their fraudulent, check! What type of professional business, operates, like this?

If Christine is there. I would not go. She screwed up my dental appt for predetermination reasons. My insurance is a HMO does not require predetermination. She insisted it is required. Made several phone calls back and forth with my insurance, primary dentist and Christine.She insisted I wait 4 to 5 weeks. I did. Christine was wrong. Now wants to cover it up by saying it my insurance fault. Not so. Christine did not understand my HMO. They told her no predetermination needed.

I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Bedrocks office. I was able to get in right away and didn't have to wait to see him. He spent a good amount of time explaining to me in detail what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. My surgery went very well.
