Dr. Roxanne Patricia Benison

I had two separate root canals and it was a calm and relaxed experience from the soothing office setting to the warm blanket they offered to lay on my lap.

I have had two root canals done by Dr. Benison. Both of them were perfect. Zero pain, zero questions left unanswered. I never even had to take an ibuprofen after these. Incredible staff and incredible work.

Staff was courteous and professional. Facility was very good. I got good service and a good result for my root canal procedure. I was able to get an appt earlier than others which helped me a lot at the time. I highly recommend Dr Benison.

Very friendly and very lil pain

Dr. Benison is awesome. I've been in pain for 2 days with my jaw and a tooth hurting. One root canal and I'm feeling great. She is great.

I've had multiple Root Canals by Dr. Benison and could not be any happier with my Quality of Care. I've also experienced quick responses to my voice messages. It's not that difficult people, leave a message and someone will call back. Do you know that she Teaches her profession>? That says a lot about her dedication to helping others. We all have bad days now and then and deserve a pass once and awhile. Much of the medical costs are directly related to your Provider. I would start there.

I have been to see Dr. Benison numerous times and every time she is rude and inconsiderate to patient questions. She consistently avoids answering questions by deflecting with a rude demeanor. I can vividly remember an experience where Dr. Benison was especially grouchy while performing a root canal on me which made the experience truly uncomfortable and regretful on the end of the patient. She lacks a great deal of professionalism and overall decent human interaction skills. I do not recommend

Dr. Benison is so rude and doesn't want to treat you or diagnose anything. She gives you the run around and avoids treatment. Will never go back. Look for another Endodontist.

The office never answers the phone and doesn't return calls or follow-up. I was made to pay $400 while still under the influence of a very heavy drug and then received an additional $600 bill 6 months later. My dentist had warned me that people had told them that her office was hard to get a hold of - they weren't kidding! Sad, because I wasn't unhappy with the procedure itself, but I'll never go back.

While looking for surgical care (Epio) I read the review posted on this site and was disappointed. However, after reviewing other possibilities, I decided to go with Dr Benison, and I am very happy that I did so. She introduced herself with a charming smile and professional hand shake. She explained what she was going to do and asked if I had any questions. I am very pleased with her performance in doing this procedure and I go back tomorrow to have the stitches removed. I highly recommend her!

I had a root canal performed by Dr. Benison. She appeared annoyed when I asked her to explain the procedure to me. After it was completed, she said Ok, we're done and left the room. No follow up care info, no asking ask I was feeling, she just walked out. It was the rude office manager who told me to take Motrin for pain. The office manager also demanded I pay my portion of the procedure upfront (which I did) then sent me an a bill for an additional $450 over a year later!
