Dr. Ross J Sanfilippo

The doctor and nurse who did the surgery were wonderful. The staff, however, is unhelpful, rude and not proficient in their jobs. I have called several times about a claim and they do not return calls. Surgery was two months ago, I paid $3000 up front, and they don't have the decency to submit claims in a timely manner. I have left a half dozen messages and have only received 1 call back. And that call back was sarcastic she said she would fax the claim 3 weeks ago and has not.

After my tooth cracked and needed to be removed, I went to see Dr Sanfilippo for the emergency removal of my tooth then later for an implant. I was both impressed and satisfied with the knowledge and expertise of Dr. Sanfilippo. The staff was also fantastic with me. I was extremely nervous and they were very sympathetic to that.

He was fabulous with my 7 year old daughter. Awesome bedside manner and very quick. Love him!

Two of my children and several family members have had procedures done by Dr. Sanfilippo. Our experiences have all been very positive, he is very professional, kind and caring. He put my children at ease right away, and they did very well during the procedure. The office is clean, staff is very friendly and professional. We did not wait more than 5 or 10 minutes to be seen. I would highly recommend Dr. Sanfilippo for those needing oral/maxillofacial surgery.

My son had his wisdom teeth taken out, he was very nervous about the procedure, and Dr Sanfilippo and his staff immediately made him feel at ease, My son really felt comfortable with Dr Sanfilipo, and that was very important.
