Dr. Post is great. The staff, however, needs much improvement. I checked in for my appointment and then waited for 45 minutes before I was seen. I believe I was forgotten. Very difficult to get a return phone call, called three times before a live person answered. Either hire more staff or more competent administrative staff.

Recently had a much needed procedure done. Whole process and all involved were excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Post and his staff. He answered all questions with clarity and expertise. His skill as a surgeon has gotten me back on the road to restoring the good quality of life that had been degraded for some time.

I never leave reviews for anything but in my experience it's very difficult to find a doctor who actually cares and takes the time with their patient. This wasn't the case with Dr. Post. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, educational and charismatic to a level where you will feel very comfortable in his hands with the care he provides. I was on time for my appointment but wasn't seen until about 50 minutes later BUT that is not a bad thing at all. I look at it as a good thing because I believe he treats all his patients the same and he never rushes his patients out. When you see him it will be on your time and he will give you all the time you need to ask questions, perform a fantastic surgery and provide next steps and won't let you leave until YOU are happy. Hence waiting a bit longer to see him. The staff, nurses and practitioner are also all fantastic and you can feel the strong connection they have with each other which I believe is extremely important when you're working together to perform a surgery. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with Dr. Post and his team and if you have never seen him and have an appointment and just Googled his name to look for reviews then I hope you find this one and it brings you a calming peace and some relief in anxiety knowing you will be in great hands no matter what you may be going through.

Took very good care of me. Kept me informed of everything he was going to do. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr post was amazing. He took care of my gallbladder removal. I researched surgeons before having my procedure done. I highly recommend dr post!

Dr. Post took the time to explain in terms that I could really understand about a difficult surgery I will need. He didn’t assume I would understand the medical terminology. Very personable.

What a great doctor. He makes sure that you know everything that will happen during your surgery. Wonderful bedside manner.

The Doctor was great but the staff needs working on. They do not send referrals out like they should.

Doctor Post was my Surgeon a few weeks ago He explained absolutely everything of importance to me that I had not a one question come up in the healing process and made me feel at ease. Thank you Doctor Post!

Dr Post had excellent bedside manner. Know him well but never as a patient..Extremely knowledgeable and personable. Would recommend to anyone.

He didn't answer my questions and said that the oncologist would answer them, but I couldn't see that doctor until after the surgery. Additionally, he postponed the surgery after scheduling 6 weeks out (late for a cancer surgery!) and without regard to changes that I had to make to accommodate that original date. He only does surgery twice a month?? I have very little faith or confidence in him.

Dr. Post and his entire team at TPMG are welcoming, comforting, and most of all, communicative. He did my port removal procedure and was extremely thorough in his explanations in his consultation appointment and right before they wheeled me back. While I am not anticipating any more surgeries in the near future, I do intend to keep him on my list of providers that I trust.

First appointment with him and already love him. Explain everything really clear and very professional.

1st visit. I checked in early via the app and I had already electronically filed my paperwork so I was prepared for my appointment. Despite the fact the office encourages you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. I wasnt seen until 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Nonetheless Dr. Post was personable, nice, very knowledgeable and humorous. I don't agree with the additional fee this office charges to fill out work paperwork because I feel it should all be included with the "co pay" 1st visit. Very informative with explaining procedure and how the procedure will go and talk to you as he performs the procedure. Very attentive staff as well.

Dr Post takes his time when talking with me and going over my hernia issue. He explains everything in detail that is easy for me to understand. He is very thorough and truly makes sure that I have no further questions or concerns before my visit is completed. Most doctors rush through appointments but not Dr Post. He puts his patients first. Dr. Post was highly recommended by my primary care doctor to remove my gallbladder. Before the surgery I went in for an office visit to meet with him to go over the procedure I was very impressed with his bedside manner and answers to any questions and concerns that I had. The day of surgery he came in to check on me to make sure everything was fine before they sedated me and again went over any concerns or questions. During my follow up visit after the surgery I told him that his incisions were barely noticeable. My overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Post.

Dr Post was informative and knowledgeable about my surgery. His staff is friendly and helpful. We had a virtual follow-up for post-op. Dr Post is very friendly and concerned. I feel I made a wonderful choice by going to him as my surgeon. My surgery was during the corvid 19 and I felt safe and protected. Thank you Dr Post.

Easy to talk to, explained everything

He is a doctor that listens. He was very pleasant with all information. He made sure that I understood everything. He also welcomed all questions. I didn’t feel rushed like other doctors appointment. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Dr. Post, he was very kind and very thoughtful he really wanted to find out more about my problem so he could help me, other doctors would tell me they were sorry they couldn’t and wouldn’t help me. I am so very thankful I found Dr. Post because I know he really cares about my pain and wanting to help me. Dr. Post has good surgical skills, however, his personality is a bit obnoxious and cocky. He also says little snide remarks that makes you feel he was a little insulting to you. I do not care for his personality. He also talks too fast and assumes you know what he is talking about.

I was is need for a lancing and draining of a cyst that had been getting worse. Having tried all the heat compresses, cloths, etc. for over 2 weeks I got to where I was doing nothing but crying because it hurt so bad. After finding Dr. Post on a site from Riverside, I called to see if he took walk in pts. like a Pt. First office. I found out he was a general surgeon, not a Pt. First. Even though my prob. was not an EMERGENCY, they got me in IMMEDIATELY. I'm a new pt. & give him and office an A+
