I am starting to feel like Orthro-Indy care when it comes down to work related injuries cares more about the relationship with the insurance company than the patient. I have had two surgeries at Orthroindy here in Indianapolis Indiana. Both surgeries consisted of torn ligaments in both elbows, the right elbow I believe I have recovered over 90%., Though the left I have experienced complications which are reported and documented, it was ignored. I received the second medical opinion about my left elbow that it needed to be corrected, as well as a correction to compressed, nerve and left forearm due to first surgery. I was told that a simple nerve test could’ve been performed and it would’ve been discovered that I had nerve damage in my left arm due to surgery. These surgeries were work related injuries and I believe my concerns were ignored and overlooked because of relationship with orthoindy and work comp insurance companies. And due to ortho doctor clearing for work I was re-injured before the medical board doctor opinion stated the facts that I should have not retired to work. Now with new injury SI joint and back at orthindy the work comp had denied and delay medical treatment and approval., and ortho Indy has not taken this into account and has yet again tried to write me off to please the work comp insurance company even after the records shows that I have not been properly treated for a little of a year.

Doctor seems to be in a rush, does not even want to listen to symptoms and just suggests to do exercises, does not even mention exercises should be done for what?? Absolutely pathetic experience. Waited for 2 weeks in pain hoping for some help, but was out in 5 minutes :(

Professional office care, no wait, pleased with the service and would recommend to others.

This is being posted on behalf of my husband following his appointment with Dr Miller yesterday. Dr Miller asked questions, listened to the answers, actually did a physical exam and then zeroed in on the true (most problematic) issue. Dr Miller was very personable and knowledgeable at the same time which was much appreciated.

I have been under Dr. Miller's care since Dr. Schwartz performed my cervical spine surgery in 2005. Both doctors are superb physicians. I highly value Dr. Miller's frank opinions and appreciate his caring manner and listening to what a patient says. I would recommend both doctors without hesitation to anyone needing their expertise. I would not recommend anyone seeing this doctor if your seeking pain management. He would not help me what so ever. I drove three hours to see him. He doesn’t care about anyone, and just brushed me aside. He told me there was nothing he could do to help me with my chronic pain. Even though he could. He is a heartless person. I am not the kind of person to leave a review on someone, he was just that much of a disappointment. I don’t understand how they even call themselves doctors if they are not going to help people. What a waste of my time. Hope I can save someone else from wasting their time.

Very happy with my visit with Doctor, front office staff and back office staff.

I have been seeing Dr Miller for 4 years.now due to a lower back injury As a career fireman he understands the physical rigors of my job and is extremely helpful with pain reduction ideas, workouts, injections etc. He is a super nice doctor with a great bedside manner. I highly recommend.

Dr. Miller seemed to be a very nice person, but was absolutely useless as a doctor. Didn't listen and discounted everything I said. It was like he was playing doctor instead of actually focused on helping patients. Charged a fortune for nothing.

My mother is 81, wears hearing aids and is visually impaired. She needed TLC from Dr. Miller which he absolutely did NOT provide. He was non-communicative during her procedure/injections re: the pain to be expected and even when the injections would be administered. She was in severe pain. We, her family had basic questions after, but he would not meet with us. Instead, we were told to pick her up outside at a specific doorway. She was very shaken, upset. Find a different MD for your love one.

I was sent to Dr Miller by my employers insurance company for an independant medical examination. I feel that Dr Miller did not perform an honest assessment of me, but rather found a reason to provide the insurance company the outcome they wanted. In my opinion Dr Miller likely takes these insurance evaluations because of his poor reviews. He is not a patient focused Doctor.
