Dr. Miles was kind and caring. He gave excellent explanations and examples. I felt like he had all the time in the world for me and my family and all my many questions were answered. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Miles care and that of his team. I received the best care ever as my family did too.

Dr. Miles is kind and caring and puts his patients’ best interests at the forefront. Dr. Miles spent well over 2.5 hours with me both in person and on the phone (about 30 minutes) and spoke by phone with my daughter. He and his staff encouraged my family and I to call with any questions or concerns. I was seen three times a day after my surgery by Dr. Miles and his team. Dr. Miles is one of best doctors I have had contact with in my 77 years. He explains everything, he is patient, he makes you feel that you are the only patient he has to take care of; I cannot say enough good things about the excellent results he delivered to my husband via his open heart surgery in October of 2018.

We visited Dr. Miles for a second opinion for my spouse's heart valve condition. Dr. Miles was excellent at explaining the condition and did a better job of educating us on the diagnostic procedures than the physicians that actually performed the procedures at a different institution in the area. We immediately felt comfortable with him as a surgeon and the outcomes of surgery were excellent. The entire team at Aspirus was awesome.

Excellent experience with Dr. Miles and the team at Aspirus Heart and Lung. He provided a second opinion for my spouse's heart valve condition and we immediately made the choice to change care to Aspirus and Dr. Miles. Surgical outcome was better than anticipated although we were well prepared for all possibilities. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Talks a lot, but says nothing. Does not communicate with patients. Does not follow through. Makes promises that can't be kept. Arrogant. Staff is rude as well.
