Dr. Ronald Craig Haas

I have never written a bad review in my life, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this dentist in the hope of saving someone else from going through the same awful time. I went for a consult with Dr. Hass for a restorative crown after a recent implant. His business card/practice states “Solutions for Difficult Dental Problems” so I actually thought he might have had a little more expertise as a Prosthodontist. Boy, was I wrong! During my consultation, I had explained to Dr. Haas that I had some unexplained, sporadic, throbbing in the implant area, although the periodontist who actually did the implant stated all was good to go ahead with the restoration. After his examination, and after getting a written approval from the periodontist to proceed, I was scheduled for the first visit. Even though I already had a temporary crown in place after the implant, Dr. Haas insisted that he make me ANOTHER TEMPORARY crown, because that is how he did things. Impressions were taken. The next appointment was somewhat grueling for me as he had to continually insert and remove the “new” temp that he was making from scratch, many times as he made adjustments. The second appointment was more of the same with each visit lasting approximately one hour. I never had a crown made like this before so I really didn’t know what to expect. Then Covid hit. During those three months of no additional stress around the implant area, the sporadic throbbing, previously experienced, had subsided greatly. Then comes the third visit with more of the same work being done. After that visit, the throbbing had returned more often and more intense than before so I decided to write Dr. Haas an email to explain what I was experiencing and asked what could be done to make my next visit any less stressful for me. We arranged for a time to talk on the phone. I started to explain myself and that I was sorry to have to call him but thought he should know how I was feeling before my next visit. He then proceeded to tell me that I should go and see someone else (he mentioned a “University”) because he felt I would need 20 to 30 more visits to complete this restoration. That’s right -- 20 to 30 more visits! After he repeated that at least 2 more times during the conversation, I realized he was not going to complete this crown or “allow” me to return to his practice. I can only guess his ego was bruised by my email and he just gave up on me without even trying to do something different like perhaps be more gentle with his “technique” or maybe not have each visit so long. Before we ended the conversation, he had me crying…a 65 year old woman who went to him for help and he just acted as cold as ice and very matter- of-fact. He knew that meant me having to start over with finding a new dentist, a consult, impressions and the whole restoration…setting me back 6 months from when I first started with him! He then sent me a letter terminating this “relationship”. The lack of professionalism and compassion that I experienced with this dentist is beyond words. He caused me a great deal of undue stress and months of wasted time! I have since been to another Prosthodontist and after a total of three visits (after consult and impressions), the Permanent crown was done and placed…and with no pain or undue stress. If Dr. Hass really thought it would take him 20 or 30 more visits to complete this crown, well then, that speaks for itself! There were other RED FLAGS about this dentist/practice, but too much to write about now. I should have followed my gut and ran! I was very satisfied with all the dental work done by Dr.Ronald Haas. I most certainly recommend him.

I have never experienced such a warm professional atmosphere at a health care professionals office. At 57 years old, i have been to many dentists, etc. I cannot find the words to express the excellence in all areas Dr. Haas' office exudes.

Dr. Haas and his staff were effortlessly helpful, always. Throughout multiple visits they were kind and constantly willing to help with all of my needs. 10/10 would recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable and efficient environment.

I was under pressure to get my tooth fixed. It had chipped a week prior and I did not think it was a problem until it started hurting more and more. My boyfriend, concerned it would get worse while we were away on vacation, asked me to promise him I'd have it checked. I could not get an appointment with my dentist because she was away and I was running out of options. I found Dr. Haas by my boyfriend's house and he was open 'til 7. The office manager appreciated how a vacation can turn way bad real fast with a bad toothache. She took pity on me and arranged for Dr. Haas to see me that night. It turned out my tooth needed a difficult root canal that he wanted a specialist to handle. He gave me the names of whom I should see and asked me to refer to him when I called them. He also game me the x-rays which made it much easier for me to expedite my treatment. Dr, Haas is a wonderful and gifted prosthodontist. His work is beyond expectation. He and his staff excel in all that they do and treat you like family. They are efficient, knowledgeable, skilled, cheerful and friendly. I highly recommend them and would go to no one else

Dr Hass is a perfectionist. His staff is always courteous and professional. Very pleased with his work!

Its been along process from the extraction to the bone graft and then going to a flipper to a temporary then today FINALLY, I couldn’t be any happier to get my final crown by the awesome Dr Haas, he has made this difficult process truly awesome for me with his kindness , caring and patient disposition as well as his awesome staff Noel and Jessica and Gina , I am a very proud happy owner of a perfect crown , so thank you so much for all the effort and time you all put in to make my smile even more perfect, so happy with the results!!!! ???????????????? Friendly people, very patient doctor, I enjoy coming here, they let me know if my appointment would be running behind when I called and it helped me a lot as I had arrived a few minutes late, very patient answering questions, never had a problem coming here. Ive always had a fear of the dentist until I started seeing Dr. Haas. I actually don’t mind going to the dentist anymore because I’ve yet to have a bad experience . Great office amazing staff. The only issue is time and money. Made two appts there and had to wait for Dr Haas over 30 plus minutes I can deal with the money but not the time

Quick, painless, efficient... Quality work...

I had to get nearly a full mouth restoration which included replacing 21 extracted teeth with dental implants. We are not at the finish line yet but Dr. Haas and his staff has made the experience as good as it gets. I am so happy that for the first time in 15 years I am able to eat foods in comfort. Everyone at his practice makes you feel right at home and Dr. Haas is very patient and happily answers all of your questions.

Staff and Dr. Haas friendly and professional. Dental work precise and progression explained at each visit. Any issues always handled efficiently and to the best standards with total satisfaction. The music is great! Highly recommend this office.

Dr Haas staff made me feel comfortable right away. I find Dr Haas to be Diligent and Mythical. He was easy to talk to and listened to all my concerns the first time I expressed them and took care of them. I needed Dentures and it was important to me that they were perfect. I am very happy.

I am so grateful to Dr.Haas. Not only has he changed my outlook on dentistry. But he has changed the quality of my life. The beautiful work done on my dentures, not only makes me feel beautiful ,but has changed my life completely. I am able to eat all foods and can now smile. People never know that I wear dentures. Dr. Haas is a professional,caring dentist. I would recommend him to everyone.

Pricey, with mixed results afterward.

The doctor is just looking for easy cases from people he can rip off. Don't believe the hype. He talks in circles and doesn't deliver on his promises. His staff does a poor job submitting claims to insurance and he's only looking for easy work - misinformed patients that he can price-gouge. I wasn't a candidate because I asked questions. He promised me the moon and sent me packing with less knowledge than I had at the start. Waste of 98 bucks.
