Dr. Ronald Gary Fox

This place was the worst doctor I ever met. Receptionist was one of the kind and they treated customer, at least me, like a package. She does not even care to find insurance information by herself. Never ever go this place if you have any other options.

This optometrist was the worst health care experience in my life. He stated “I see defects in your eyes and I will not see you” As a healthcare professional I had to press him on the issue and he recommended an optomalogist. He was extremely rude and dismissive and wouldn’t explain anything instead left me leaving scared of what was wrong with my eyes. Completely incompetent and unfriendly. Go elsewhere.

VISITED DR.FOX. WAIT TIME WAS VERY SHORT GREAT EXPERIENCE. GREAT STAFF AND THE DR. TOOK HIS TIME AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Ronald Fox (cannot actually call him a Doctor) is insanely incompetent and untrustworthy. Is not acceptable when dealing with people eye health and care. Obviously dislikes his career and it shows with his arrogance. Incorrectly gave me the wrong prescription 3 times, had 4 visits for a simple eyeglasses/contacts exam. After the first 2 times with zero apology is fine, gave this idiot the benefit of the doubt. 3rd time i forced him to correct my prescription info.
