I worked with Dr Fleck. He is a 5 star MD.

This Dr. knew nothing of what was going on! I have pain in my groin and rectal and he would right the simplest notes down. Never physically checked me. He referred me to see a head doctor yet never pushed for my appointment, same with pain clinic. He did the minimum for me as a patient. His office called me to notify me my claim was closed yesterday. This was not the correct Dr. for any patient in need of help. Many Doctors have sold out and and refuse to put a fight for their patients. so much for the OATH AS DOCTORS!

Terrible service do not get back to patients. Receptionist is extremely rude and hangs up when asked questions she has no answers to. Kami is extremely unprofessional and should not be allowed to interact with with people.

If you have a schedule to keep, find a different doctor. I would give zero stars if I could. Two hours and counting just waiting to be seen for a five minute appointment with a rude doctor. Unbelievable.
