Dr.Gong was warm and pleasant…also very helpful and concerned…his staff was also warm and pleasant to talk to. ✅ ???????? ????

Dr. Dong came in a few minutes before my appointment time and immediately addressed my major concern. He also, very efficiently, took care of another issue and answered 2 questions I had. I really appreciated his patient help and look forward to my next visit whenever that may be.

Quick and great service

He was efficient and.courteous. His demeanor was kind.

Efficient and very detailed oriented. Explained exactly what to expect, details of the procedure, etc. Kind and direct - can’t ask for more.

Very Professinal, took time to ask questions and gave me choices to help resolve my problem. I didn’t feel rushed at all.

It was quick and easy the Dr was very informative and polite I will go back and see him if need be thank you so much I feel great

I love how my Dr. assists me. Dr. Dong is very brief but it's amazing to start off he is very friendly, patient, and answers your question. He even asked you if you have any questions for him.

Ronald G. Dong was great but the scheduling staff and the nurse that check my son vitals were not the friendliest people. They very much seem like they did not want to be there. Also the scheduler didn’t send me address or anything to know where I was going.

Went to him cause no dr was available and it's obvious there's a reason why, I had ringing in my ear from an ear infection and he told me I might have a tumor, then told me he would see me in a month, I was shocked that he would just guess and scare someone with a answer like that and tell u I'll see u in a month. I pressed him to get a ct scan that week, I was not going to go home and wait a month stressing that I might have a tumor, they found no tumor so I was relieved,I scheduled an appointment with another ent dr and they told me I had a month to fix the damage the infection left on my ear and now I'm left with permanent hearing damage on my right ear cause of his lack of urgency to fix what is wrong with u. I'd advise anyone to go somewhere else, he has a cocky I know it all attitude and does not seem to care about what's going on with u. He has been taking care of my ears for years, he is a very good doctor.

Very professional, followed covid protocol. Very friendy staff. Dr. Dong is a madtyat his craft. I felt a lot better after appointment.

This is the coolest and most professional ear specialist I've ever had! Not only does he explain things well and precise, but he didn't rush and explained things to me so that I was fully able to understand. Funny personality, very thorough, and extremely kind. He even cleaned my ear with a suction tube that made me feel a thousands time better! Even better, he even told me to come back whenever my ears were bothering me and he'll take care of it! He ran several tests, gave me my results and I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend this doctor to anyone having ear issues. He's well worth the wait and is amazingly smart.

I have had blood drainage in the right ear randomly with no doubt it was blood Dr said he did not see anything wrong except for very dark ear wax is it possible it was dark because of dry blood, blood turns dark brown when it dry's could this have been the reason for dark earwax & if so should we have looked further?

He is rude doctor

Dong has a bad attitude while questioning me about my visit! I will no longer see him! I was very uncomfortable. I owe me an appology for the was he carry himself

Mostly the issues were with the office staff. Do not return calls. Do not know whose on their own staff. Terrible record keeping. Too big. Totally frustrated with them, Moving on.

The assistance was very polite didn't have to wait long the doctor seemed very thorough .

Does no show compassion or kindness

Didn’t take our concerns seriously with our baby of 6 months.

Drove 2 hrs to see this ENT doc—he was the only doc available the same day we could find. Guess there was a reason for that! Saw Dr Dong for fluid in my middle ear that needed to be drained. He told me my ears were fine and there was absolutely nothing wrong them. He suggested a CT SCAN ... However, the day before my primary doc said there was fluid in my ear. The next day after seeing primary care doc, I went to ER because it had progressed so bad I could hardly hear in my left ear —both ER docs said they could see bubbles and fluid behind my ear drum. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t drain it because the ENT doc wasn’t avail. That’s when we decided to find a doc to do it today and came across Dr Dong office with an availability. There we are Dr Dongs office being told there’s nothing wrong with my ears. When I told him that my primary doc and 2 ER docs saw the fluid and inflammation—his response was, “Well I’m the ear specialists.” I was shocked, it’s his opinion or the highway. He was extremely rude and did not listen to me. He’s the kind of doctor who thinks he’s always right because he’s a doctor. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Went to another ENT doc ...guess what, there was fluid behind my ear and it was drained. How about that “Dr Ding Dong” Do your research before hopping on the first available appointment. In my limited experience (just a hearing test and consult) with Dr. Dong and his staff I received excellent care. One negative: I arrived 30 minutes early, as required by them, but was seen almost an hour beyond my scheduled appointment time.
