Rude and pompous. No compassion. I appreciate a doctor being to the point, but he was just ignorant. Will get the testing done that he suggested, because he was knowledgeable... but that was kind of overshadowed by his arrogance. Will not see him again.
He walks out of the office and say, "follow me." We get to the front desk, he speaks instruction to the nurse and before I know it he has walked away. Aaahhh. The I find out that business marketing practice of HEART HOUSE is you are not welcome to see a particular doctor. If fact, each visit they'll surprise you with whoever is in that day. To top it off HEART HOUSE made an appointment for me without speaking to me. Then they called expecting me to keep it. This practice is so wrong.
