Staff is HORRIBLE!!! Very unfriendly, poor on keeping records.

I have lost respect for Dr. Chochinov and his office staff. I have been a patient for almost 20 yrs, and now am living out of state. I have been released from seeing him to every 2 yrs; it's been 2 yrs since I saw him last and he refuses to refill my prescription for 2 wks as I'm transitioning to a new dr.? If he had the courtesy to speak with me instead of pawning me off on his medical asst (who never returned my calls after leaving messages for a month), I would feel less like a dollar figure.

I've been with Dr. Chochinov since I was Diagnosed 27 years ago. He is caring, listens to any concern you have, and obviously helps with diabetes management wether its adjusting you're insulin pump settings or insulin shots (I've been on both). He can also see my dexcom and predict my A1C and he's always right. I can call at anytime I need to see him and he will see me that day! Great Dr.!

I had to change doctors after finally becoming fed up with Dr Chochinov staring at my cleavage. He became very obvious about it and it made me very uncomfortable. I was dumb and saw him for a few years, but changed to a female doctor at the same practice. Maybe if he had not been staring at my breasts he could have focused more on me and not kept me on Byetta which caused a major problem in my stomach. He told me I needed to lose weight, but obviously not in breasts since that is where he looked
