Bedside manner could use some work. My 8 year old daughter was showing signs of early puberty and he "checked her" with no warning or explanation to her beforehand, and made her (and I) extremely uncomfortable, in a time when we were already scared and confused by this new diagnosis. She didn't want to go back... I made sure we were scheduled with the female NP from then on (who was great) but due to other issues, we will not be back here. Communication is lacking, especially in the billing department. I've since met THREE other parents with very similar situations to my own (with the billing), which makes me feel it's a little less the fault of the patients and moreso lack of communication. It's unfortunate because this office came highly recommended. People seem to love Dr Dyer so maybe it was just our experience with this particular doctor. Bedside manner could use some work. Dr. Lozano is a fantastic physician who has taken great care of my son. He explains the current treatment, steps to be taken and anticipated results. We are so incredibly lucky to have found him.

We love Dr. Lozano and COPEDS. Very efficient wonderful practice.
