I went in with high expectations and was met with a very weird man. There are Michael Jackson posters all over the walls was first struck me as odd , he literally came in for a second barely touched my foot made a snap judgment didn't even touch it and started backing out of the room within one minute telling me insistently just take a picture of these stretches on the wall. I am completely unsatisfied with his approach, humility and diagnosis. I'll never come back to Gaskins. For a doctor of 24 years experience I would expect a much better involvement and sincere care for my health. Even though I waited months for this appointment I feel like I was pushed through for a 2-minute consult beg people not to go to this guy and find a much more reliable and engaged doctor

Dr.Roland Gaskins is very good at what he does the lady's at the front desk are very nice.

Dr. Gaskins provided the least painful ingrown toenail removal I’ve ever had. It’s been more than decade since Kaiser traumatized me during this procedure, and they only removed parts of my toenails. Dr. Gaskins removed the whole toenail, and only after I requested this done. Last year, I went through treatment to rid myself of a toenail fungus that I have endured for a decade. This lessened the pain and discomfort greatly. After many visits, they trimmed and ground multiple nails, and my constant standing at work has been easier. Enjoyed talking to the receptionists,very friendly and helpful,courteous and easy to talk to.Dr Gaskins is very easy to talk to,he listens to u and tries to solve.ur problem,recommend him and staff highly

My experience with Dr.Gaskins was excellent. My grandmother had her new patient appointment three months ago, she is 84 years old. The gals at the front reception were nice and the gal that brought us back was kind as well. My grandmother can sometimes understand English but not much, all staff and Doctor treated her with respect. We have encountered problems in the past because of the language barrier. Dr.Gaskins took his time in cutting her nails, made conversation with us and has great bedside manner. Lately, it's tough to come across a physician such as Dr.Gaskins. He prescribed a type of solution that solved my grandmother's problems. For a specialty office, they are quick. Dr. Gaskins is a excellent foot doctor! He cares about your feet. He's the best in Moreno Valley. His staff is always helpful and will get you in to see the doctor. If you need a doctor who specializes in feet, go to see him. Your feet will be glad you did.

Staff was friendly and kind. Doctor was kind and straight to the point. Waiting time was quick.

Dr. Gaskins is a excellent foot doctor! He cares about your feet. He's the best in Moreno Valley. His staff is always helpful and will get you in to see the doctor. If you need a doctor who specializes in feet, go to see him. You will be glad you did.

My experience with Dr Gaskin’s clinic has been very helpful in my situation. I’ve been coming to this clinic about 5-6 visits in the last three yrs. & so far this clinic provides me with satisfying & pleasant treatment as I am a diabetic patient. Always have nice conversation with doctor, easy to approach kinda guy and informative. Now, the waiting room is really small & it gets filled fast and that is my only complain but otherwise if you’re looking for a good podiatrist, you don’t have to look any further. Staff was very rude and not helpful. Treated me like why was I here and I didn't know what I was talking about. Dr. Was very rude didn't explain anything. Didn't treat my son like a patient who's 5 with autism treated us more like why are we wasting his time and walked out and never came back. Had to go to the front desk to see if we were finished and they were rude and clueless. This dr. And staff were very rude and they don't even deserve one star. Would not recommend him to anyone. I went in for a reg. nail clipping since I have Diabetes. No ingrown toe nails or anything..just to clip my nails. Dr. Gaskins was cutting them & all of a sudden he cut into my toe with blood everywhere. Never said he was sorry for hurting me or a word at all. He bandaged me like a kid would have & just walked out of the room. I waited to see if he was coming back but he never did & neither did anyone else. When I tried talking to the person at the front desk she was to busy & my toe was really hurting me. I could not wear any shoes for over two months. I am very satisfied with Dr, Gaskins treatment as well as staff. I didn't have to wait long at all.

First time there, I waited 12 minutes to be seen, which to me is great. Doctor came in right away, very professional and very knowledgeable. Gave me great advice and possible diagnosis.

Great staff and was helped and seen in a timely manner. The doctor really cared for my problems. Overall great experience! Thank you to the team and will be refering friends and family.

Doctor is rude, not nice I felt like crying after I didn't get help there but I held it in. He also walked out the room didn't say a word , like OK have a nice day I'll see u after I receive authorization, nothing! Wow

The staff here is really frustrating. I'm sure their job isn't the easiest, but it's not an excuse to be so rude and uncaring. If you call them they treat you like you're wasting their time.

Doctor leaves and doesn't come back making you look like a fool waiting for nothing he's onto the next patient. Girls at front desk are chatty and immature. Place gets crowded really fast but the wait is semi short.

Incompatant employees, rude and just plain out morons!!!! They wouldn't know how to do their jobs even if the directions bit them in their a**es!!! The office manager is even worst, she never shuts her mouth so you can't get 5 words in to tell her what you need to tell her. Her comment is... "I already know what you want to tell me"... So curiously I ask "what's that"... She was wrong and had no clue, then everytime I tried to tell her she started running her mouth again, she would cut me off everytime I started to speak. Not a single person there is worth the payroll! I had to have 3 authorizations because they did not get off their butt and order my shoes, then they had every excuse in the book as to why they didn't do it but contradicted themselves with every excuse... For a Manager to tell a patient... I just need to hurry up cause there's other patients to deal with"... Yeah that's a problem! There is no professionalism at this office, no organization and no common courtesy! They also tried to pawn me off on a different doctor instead of fixing their mistakes! When I went to Dr. Gaskins for foot pain he walked into the exam room, asked where my pain is, and proceeded to give me a diagnosis without ever examining my feet. He said you have plantar fasiciitis, I had already heard him in 3 other exam rooms tell other patients the same thing. He said we will get authorization for supports for inside your shoes and gave me some antiinflamitory meds. I never received auth. I called 4 weeks later and found it had never been sent. Still no word..

Dr Gaskins is a very nice professional man. He shows concern for his patients.

Really nice guy, but he did the wrong, outdated surgery on me, cut a nerve, caused a neuroma and made me horribly worse. He also did not remove a toenail properly and now I have to have three surgeries to correct what he did wrong. Beware, go somewhere else.
