I had a very disappointing experience after a consult for Picosure laser tattoo removal earlier today. The cost was just about double- even after a $400 discount- than I've been quoted elsewhere so I think the price is far too high, especially for a package of treatments. I met with the doctor for about 4 minutes. Regardless, my main issue is with the manager, who during 2 different phone calls, 2 voicemails, and 1 other call from another staffer only an hour before my appointment, all failed to mention a $35 consultation fee. I made an appointment for a consultation weeks ago and they apparently got it mixed up and had me as coming in for a procedure. They left voicemails and a text the day prior to my appt that I needed to call to discuss if I was having Picosure on my face, a scar, or a tattoo, the cost, and they needed my payment before before my treatment. First off- it is shocking they would have me coming in ready to do a laser treatment without a consult- no knowledge of my medical history, not talking about the potential risks, no overview of my skin type, and I may not have even been a good candidate. What if I wanted a face treatment, was prone to cold sores and needed to take a prophylactic days prior to my treatment? That does not show care for safety of the patient. If I would've heard the voicemails prior to coming in (or read their unfavorable Google reviews), I may have gotten turned off completely. When I went to leave, the manager and I argued for several uncomfortable minutes where she repeatedly explained how she's sorry no one said anything to me, but this is their policy and I have to pay this fee, and it was my fault for not answering the phone when they called me the day before. She also (falsely) claimed everywhere in Gainesville has a consult fee for this and theirs is half the cost. Actually - this is my 3rd consult in Gainesville for tattoo removal, and all have been free, so they really need to research their competition better. When I said I would pay the fee, and would instantly dispute the charge with my bank, she said "If filing a dispute is the way you want to do business, then I will not honor this quote and we will agree to no longer to business." The way I want to business is - fairly, and with expected costs being disclosed prior to any services- so yes, I am happy to no longer to business here and will be taking my business to many of the other great, competitively priced aesthetic centers in Gainesville. Do your homework - get FREE consults for laser tattoo or aesthetic procedures elsewhere and you will see there are much cheaper prices elsewhere, and you have the safety of an advanced registered nurse practitioner doing your treatments as opposed to an aesthetician like with Dr. Brill's team. I will be glad to be taking my money just down the street for a much better value, and I'm sure a much improved customer service experience. Dr. Brill is the BEST! Over 11 years ago I went in to have some liposuction done on the pesky last 5 pounds of muffin and tummy fat, and a breast lift and augmentation. I LOVE HOW MY BODY LOOKS! Everyday I get to enjoy the artwork that Dr. Brill created. He and his staff are top notch at everything they do. From the consultation to the surgery you feel comfortable and cared for. I have been getting my wrinkles fixed for over 6 years now and love how the younger wrinkle free face works with the perfectly created torso. There is no one else I would ever trust with my body or my life under the knife. It's your body and your mental well being if changing something can make your life better than this is the Dr. to have help you get the look you want!

I found Dr. Brill to be very thorough when answering my questions. He was knowledgeable and up to date on the latest procedures and techniques. His staff was kind and very professional during my entire visit. I was also very happy to see them taking extra cleaning measures the entire time I was in the office for my consult. I have booked my surgery and am looking forward to it.

Odd office. No info on their site related to info on their own pricing or procedures. They simply added equipment manufacturers info, and very brief. You are forced to call them. Seems to be constant turnover in this office. Very negative stories locally about some messed up breast augmentations that he did not attend to reported issues patients were having and thus a few lawsuits so do your homework- locally with the federation of state medical boards for the issues and complaints. Dr. Brill did so a wonderful job I have no scars and I look amazing compared to what I did before. So glad I was referred to him for my augmentation. He will definitely be the one in would choose if I have any further work. I would definitely refer him to other people. As for some people being upset about them not posting pricing on the site it varies upon the body type and what you choose to have done so to keep from having backlash when the prices may be different it's best not to post it but to be told at your consultation instead. Dr. Brill is Brilliant and is work is phenomenal! Dr. Brill has done 3 different procedures on me and they have all turned out better then I thought. No complications, no worries! His staff is great and very gentle. I never worry about the work being below excellent. All I'm going to say is I'm not happy at all and I wouldn't recommend this man to anyone!!

Dr brill preformed a face life almost two years ago. I was so excited. My appearance is very important. I am a gospel singer and on stage s lot. After showing me what my results would look like I could hardly wait. He said I would look just as good ten years from now. Well I don't. I could not be more disappointed. I can't even tell I've had a face lift and neither can any one else. I have ask, almost begged to have it redone. He agreed to redo some of it for an additional $4000.00. I think 10,700.00 was enough for the first time. And not have the outcome I was promised. I think he is a good man and a good dr but on this occasion I feel very betrayed. Professional atmosphere, spent plenty of time with me answering my questions before and after the surgery. Even durring it since I opted for local anastheisa. No scaring at all.
