I had an appointment, met with the Dr. agreed upon the plan of care. It was for implants. The dental tech had to communicate with my dentist. Said they would call me back at end of week. Two weeks later, nothing! Called and left a message. They said they would call back at the end of the week. Nothing!! Lol!! Gave up and going to another dentist! Would leave no star if it were an option. He is currently in BA. Visit was awful. He was very Rude and Insulting. Had a bad feeling about him after made a point to tell me about 5 times , that he had not been sued. Wow. When I got back home I couldn't shake the feeling so I looked him and found he was featured in an article called "Deadly Dentistry".

I have been to Dr. Cullens on 3 separate occasions and he is wonderful! My last visit, I had lost my insurance do to the company my husband working for going under and he worked with me to make it affordable. I was in pain on one occasion and he had my husband bring me in at 5:30 am and fixed me right up, he goes above and beyond for his patients! If you are in need of oral surgery, I highly recommend Rocky!
