Dr. Robyn A Graber

Dr. Graber is so much more than a chiropractor. Her scope of knowledge in healing modalities is vast and her intuition and ability to listen to an individual's body is spot on. She continues helping me to heal not only on the structural level, but on the emotional and spiritual level. A true healer through and through. I am a lifer.

i have been going to her for 23 years. I struggled to do many things before i met her at a health fair i had been seeing other chiropractors with no results I can do more now even though i am 23 years older than i could then. I go for maintenance now at least once a month. i dont know where i would be if i didnt find her.

Dr. Graber helped me with a consistent soreness and stiffness in my neck. I believe it was from stress and poor computer posture.. It had been bothering me for some time. Dr.Graber. relieved it, what a gift.. She did her magic in a couple visits and now it feels wonderfully strange. I had the habit of massaging it every night and that is not needed. Now to work with her on my computer posture to maintain my full body posture. She understands ergonomics and body energy in a different and has been helpful with balance and posture issues. There are not enough words to describe my appreciation to MD Robin Graber. Countless times she helped me to get back to my ''normal". I had Brachial Plexus injury at work more than 3 years ago and I was suffering terribly, especially, during the night time. I didn't know which way to position my arm and neck to minimize the pain. Doctor Graber helped me in just 3 month .I am able to function. I didn't take any pain killers since I met Doctor Graber. Dr. Graber's use of energy, attention and gentle touch are amazing. The relief and changes from this gentle technique are profound. I highly recommend her office and treatment.

My first visit with Dr Graber at Inner Sage was miraculous. I was so impressed with my results that I go weekly to maintain the relief from pain and have a continue better range of motion and flow of energy throughout my body. Dr Graber did tell me that my results on my first visit aren't typical and that it can take a few visits to see the results I had. I had so much pain and tension in my upper shoulders/neck and at my first visit it felt like the weight was lifted off me. I had so much relief and release. Her technique is much different than other chiropractors I've gone to. She does something called Network Spinal Analysis, which uses light touches mainly around your neck and base of the spine. She will do "adjustments" as she sees fit. I've seen 3 other chiropractors in the past 5 years and of those I only let 1 work on me. The other two, I wouldn't let touch me with a 10 foot pole and didn't go back after the initial consult. It felt like they were salesmen. I just had bad vibes from them. Dr Graber, on the other hand, I felt such great positive energy from her. You can tell she is passionate, caring and her intentions are true. Her staff is very friendly. She is nutrition oriented. They do offer dietary/whole food supplements with a company called Standard Process. Michelle is one of her associates that assists with Nutrition Response Testing. In addition to the above, Don, an associate of hers, offers acupuncture as well. Since starting in October, 2015; I introduced my young adult daughter to Dr Graber and who also loves seeing her. Hopefully, I'll be able to fit my granddaughter in, that is how much trust I have in Dr Graber. I feel very grateful that I was introduced to her and only wish I knew her many years earlier. Dr Graber is a caring compassionate practitioner who is brilliant at what she does. I met her about fifteen years ago and at that point in my life I i had been doing chiropractic care but after an adjustment i would go back to hurting a 2 days later. Then i meet Dr Graber at a health fair and started seeing her and i am now 15 years older and do more things then i could before. She gave me my life back. If i do experience a problem it usually resolved after one treatment. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Graber has a very holistic approach, and works to get to the root cause of problems. She has been wonderful for me, and has also helped our two sons a lot- one a teen, and one a twenty-something.

Dr. Graber is absolutely amazing. Before I started seeing her I could barely walk and within a couple months I was not only walking well but back to playing volleyball. I feel so much better after every visit. I never knew how bad I was feeling for so long until I found Dr. Graber and felt sooo much better!

I've been seeing Dr Graber for several months now. She has relieved much of my tension/pain in my neck/head/shoulders. I feel so much better since I started. She has a different technique/approach. I have since recommended my daughter and others. They also offer acupuncture and nutrition. Dr Graber has a positive energy and her staff is friendly. I look forward to my visits.

I think she is very professional and does a great job. She really helps to lower my stress level and improve my overall quality of life. I recommend her often. It is just that people from Syracuse are unlikely to drive out to Rochester even though I assure them that it is more than worth it.

In 2001 I was referred to Dr. Robyn for pain I was experiencing in my low back. By the end of my initial plan of visits, the problem I had been experiencing had diminished and she recommended I continue with care as needed. Over the years, I have called on Dr. Robyn to support me with headaches, back and other body aches, and immune support. Essentially, if I did not feel well for any reason she was my first call. Today I seek wellness vs pain management and am thankful I was referred here!

Dr. Graber has been helping my body to function properly for over 10 years. You won't find anyone more capable and caring.

Dr. Graber is amazing. Since starting my visits a little over a month ago I have noticed so many positive changes. I sleep better at night and have more dreams. I am not as stiff and sore when I wake in the morning. I have more energy during the day and much improved range of motion. And I don't have pain in my lower back anymore. And my hot flashed have diminished. Truly amazing and wonderful experience!

Dr. Graber is an NSA chiropractor which means that your treatment is through gentle touch. The touch is profound in its ability to make structural and energetic changes. I started treatment with Dr. Graber due to a twisted rib which was causing muscle tension and spasm in my upper and mid back. After going throught the treatments that she recommended my back spasms diminished until they were gone. Due the gentle nature of treatment I felt comfortable bringing my son to her, too.

My low back pain began suddenly around age 21. Since then I've seen my PCP too often, several various specialists, physical therapists, had multiple xrays, MRI's, and blood tests. I've tried so many medications that do nothing and PT made things worse. When I was 25 I started getting very discouraged, feeling hopeless, wasted so much energy and money just to get nowhere. I have been under Robyn Graber's care for the past 3 years, I've never felt better, her NSA treatments have improved my energy level, empowered me to move forward in my life, being able to let go of past issues, being open to new ideas. An old friend recommended I go see Dr. Graber when I complained of a plethera of maladies, including fatigue, digestive problems, chronic neck pain, lower back trouble and long-term asthma. Wow. I needed some help. I had been given an appointment to see a "specialist" for my chronic stomach trouble by my family doctor well over a year ago. Yes, a year wait to get medical help. The appointment I had with this specialist even got postponed for another few months. Meanwhile I was suffering. After a series of evaluations and an interview relating my concerns, Dr. Graber said that all these symptoms had a common cause. That certainly made sense to me. I took a deep breath and committed to a series of treatments, as well as to a natural remedy for the stomach issues. I had been to chiropractors before, for specific back troubles. One of them was a "jump on your spine until it makes that snapping noise" type, while the other one had a quieter approach. I left both with some skepticism and disappointment after a few sessions. The treatments I underwent are subtle. That was not troubling, since I have been practicing a meditation technique for over forty years that people describe as subtle. I have no background in her form of treatments, so I can't comment on the techniques she employs, but I now have very good results for which I am grateful. My digestion is 90% back to normal. Thanks, gastroentologiy department of a big university, for nothing.... thank you, Dr. Graber for making me healthy. As for my body, my fatigue, my overall health, I have gradually and consistently improved over the course of treatments. I wake up with little or no pain, and the flair ups I may have are short lived and remedied with each treatment. The improvement is so welcome. It feels good to feel good again. I regard Dr. Graber as a true healer and maybe even some sort of magician.... after 25 years in her profession, she knows what she is doing. It's a mystery to me how it works. I recommended her to several co-workers with serious back problems. Two of them are on strong pain medications and muscle relaxing drugs. Both of them suffer a lot and are in chronic states of distress most of the time. I am grateful that I am not in their situation. They seem to have surrendered to the system of using drugs to repress their serious symptoms, without engaging in any form of recovery or healing. Five stars to the good doctor and to her staff. In December 2000 an amazing friend gave me the gift of Chiropractic through a referral gift cerfificate for a New Patient visit plus first entrainment with Dr. Graber. I had been complaining for months and months about a pain/catch that was continuously occurring in my lower back. I just assumed I would be in pain for the rest of my life, at the ripe old age of 24! I scheduled my first visit in January 2001 and began the first course of care with 3 vists per week. My body improved and the area showed as cleared of subluxation through chiropractic scans after the first or second course of care. I loved the vibe of the office, the staff, Dr. Graber, and the care I received, that I continued with regular visits at part of my health and wellness plan. I have utilized greater support when needed, such as after a couple motor vehicle accidents, for headache management, TMJ management, and acute flare ups of pain. When people ask me what I love about Rochester, I always say Dr. Graber and Wegmans; in that order! Over the years she has offered a variety of educational programs and spiritual journey workshops that I have participated in and have found to be quite valuable in my life to this day. In 2013 Dr. Graber began to offer Nutritional Response Testing and I jumped at the chance to participate in this as nutrition has become quite a passion for me.
