Dr. Thomas and her staff are amazing. We have had the best experience from beginning to end of this whole process. Everyone from the front desk to billing and insurance to the MAs to the nurses to the PAs to all the doctors have been outstanding. We always felt so supported, so informed, and able to ask questions every step of the way. There are not enough words of thanks for everything we have been through and the support and care we've gotten.

Doctor Thomas and staff were simply amazing!! Their level of compassion, knowledge and swiftnesses is like nothing I have experience at a doctors office before. Pregnant now, it was hard to graduate and say goodbye. So happy that I found this team!

Overall, great experience with this doctor and practice. Dr. Thomas is wonderful. My only complaint is troubles we had with insurance authorizations that delayed receiving care - it took me calling my insurance and CARE staff multiple times to get that process completed.

I have really enjoyed and appreciated each and every staff member I have worked with here. I would like to have had more instruction and direction on meds, shots and what the numbers they read off to me with each follow up call were. I had to do most of the deciphering myself but for the most part everyone was at the ready if I needed them.

This doctor was not very knowledgeable about what affects fertility. She did not know anything about nutrition and did not suggest any hormone testing. I felt like she just wanted to jump into expensive treatments without figuring out what was happening to my body. She talked at me as fast as possible and I could barely get a word in.
