I have seen Dr. Duran a few times now. I appreciate the fact that he is on time for my appointments. I am new to the area and was in need of a good pain management doctor. He came highly recommended by a pilot friend of mine. He was very complete with his exam and he listened very well when I explained my pain issues. Thanks for all of the current options you gave me. I was treated very well by everyone there.

I would put zero stars but it won’t let me. His so called “pain management” has two of my family members on morphine to the point where one is incoherent and the other just committed suicide. Why isn’t doctor isn’t in jail?

He is the kindest and most considerate doctor I have had the pleasure of going to for about 20yrs or so! My wife and I both see him and really appreciate the care that he gives! Dr. Duran is the best doctor in the world. I just love him. He listens to everything that you tell him and always steers you in the right direction. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Marlene Wadsworth

I have never had a doctor sit down in front of me to talk and treat me like a human being as much as he did. He didn’t treat me as just another patient, he wasn’t on the computer the entire time and he wasn’t asking questions that came off in a negative way. He took time to listen to me, he answered all my questions and told me to reach out with any concerns before our follow up appointment. My father has been seeing him for years, he remembered his last name and drew the connection which shows he knows his patients. He’s hard to get an appointment with because he’s a great doctor. Dr. Duran takes the time to understand your issues. He explains everything in great detail. I have an an injection by him. No pain, very gentle approach without rushing. Great doctor.!

Doc Duran is one of those docs that really care. He seems to help using all methods not just the standard. His staff is above reproach and together he and his staff make a great team. I really appreciated his help especially knowing I did not want to just get medications. Although other doctors felt there was no other way Doc Duran still purses other methods for me. I left a positive review a year ago and now I feel I must correct that. They only care about the money! My advice, do you due dillegence before going here. Pill Mill Dr. The DEA needs to investigate this guy. He keeps people on methadone for over 10 years with no clean up plan. Only reason people call him caring is because he gives people what they want. That's nice and all, but 180 of those a month is not helping anyone. I know 2 people who use this doctor. If you are an addict and miss one appointment its over. There is no exit plan for taking the methadone other than you miss it you are cut off cold turkey. I hate to see my friends hooked on this stuff. One of them missed their appointment has now progressed to heroin. The other one now hates me for trying to convince them to wean off. If I know 3 people unrelated to each other who use this guy. I can only imagine how many others. Its all about the money 180 a visit bi monthly to stay on it. I've only been going to this particular place for a few months but I find them quite competent and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Dr Duran is a truly caring doctor that takes his time with you and really cares about your over all pain and health. There where many medications that I could not take and they helped me find the right one after many different choices. I have been using him for over 3 years and still paid out of pocket when my insurance changed and would not cover my visit. He is great. I saw Dr. Duran at the Veteran's Hospital in West Palm Beach. He is a superb, caring and professional doctor. I see him regularly and he is punctual, down to earth, honest and meticulous. I enjoy him as a doctor as well as a person. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing treatment. B. Dean

They have always helped me with my healthcare, and have done there best to help me with any problems as soon as possible!

He is interested in getting results. I've been a patient of his for 10 years. He is the reason for my successful rehabilitation from seven back surgeries. He improves your quality of life.

Excellent Doctor. Took as much time as was necessary to listen to my issues and work with me to find the best plan. Very caring and understanding. Finally a Doctor that understands how much pain you are in and does not make you feel like a drug addict. Highly recommend Dr Duran.

Wonderful doctor ! He listens, cares about his patients and I trust him completely with all my medical conditions. He's trying his best to get me well. I'm glad I was referred to him.

Dr. Duran is not only an excellent doctor but a patient empathetic man who cares about his patients emotionally as well as treating them physically. The staff in his office are also kind considerate and professional as well . I would hate to have to go to any other doctor ,he is awesome.

Dr Duran has been an absolute life saver. After a car accident at 19 and suffering with sever pain for over 40 years he took the time to explain my injuries and convinced me to trust him. His care is nothing short of miraculous for me, he gave me hope when I had given up and accepted that a life of misery and pain was all I had left. I would trust him with the life of my family and can't find enough words to say thank you to him. I see him at the WPB VA but would follow him to the moon!

I first started to see Dr. Duran when he worked in Port St. Lucie and have followed him for the last several years to Jupiter. That should tell you how I feel about him as a doctor. He sits and listens to you, he's not on some computer while you are talking to him. I feel Dr. Duran cares about his patients and tries to do his utmost best to make you comfortable and pain free.
