We're ok till they start work randomly change insurance without telling you in the middle of the work and then tell you they refuse to finish it. Be careful with this one. The receptionist actually told me I should be calling my health insurance everyday to make sure they still take my insurance . Like anybody did that ever.

Hi everyone. I have a few world's about Dr. Roberta H. Schreiner, DDS. For me, She is 100% professional dentist. It works quickly, painlessly and knows exactly what it does need. She mnie everythink about the whole process of tooth treatment. I am very glad that I came across such a great professional. All the teeth treated by the doctor are done perfectly. I'm very thanksfull for Her. She is very nice and always asks what I can do between the visit. I deeply hope for further treatment of teeth only through Her. I recommend Her expierience to everyone. Terrible phone operating system, no one picks up and when they do ur still on hold! Smh all this to see the dentist

If the quality of the phone operator/receptionist service is this bad then I can't even image the service you will get when you're actually there. I called the office to make an appointment for myself and my son. Waited on hold for 10 minutes when she finally answered she actually apologized for the long wait and proceeded to ask me how she can help me. I told her i wanted to make an appointment for my son , she asked for the name and when I gave it to her she automatically sounded frustrated and bothered. Asked me for my phone number and my name and then quickly said "How do you spell that? You know what, I'm gonna call you back " didnt even let me get a word in. I called at the time I did , because that was the only free time I had. She probably constantly does this to people because the lines are always busy. Btw she never called back . Lol horrible ass service they're paying her to drive clients away .
