Dr. Robert Michael Williams

Dr. Williams is an excellent oncologist. He explains everything, he takes his time, he answers any questions you ask him. I have been with him for 9 years with stage 4 cancer and still doing great. His staff is wonderful.

Horrible experience. Waited 2.5 hours. He finally came in, didn't say hello, sorry I kept you waiting or even attempted to shake my hand with gloves on! First thing he says to me is you're a sick woman. I asked how do you know since zero test were ordered? All he had was the paperwork I filled out in his office. ONLY reason I went was because my regular Doctor asked me to go in and get CT scan as a 6 month follow up. He was rude, disrespectful and condescending! I have been cleared of cancer for 2 years. All HEALED NATURALLY!! I TRIED to explain I wanted natural healing IF my health as changed..which it hasn't. He took my insurance and the reason I didn't go back to my regular Oncologist. My reply was I won't do any treatments for something I don't have. He became angry and said he wouldn't take me as a patient. He said it again 6 times. He didn't listen to me, cut me off and pushed his drug agenda. I listened respectfully. At this point, NO WAY would I let him even touch me or treat me. I told him no problem. That set him off. He then proceeded to say..When you become sick and you come back...he actually said "I'll tell you NEENER, NEENER, NEENER" when you come back. Professional older man telling me little kids taunting words!!!!! With that I said good bye and left!! I shouldn't have waited the 2.5 hours! PERIOD!!

Dr Williams has been treating me for about 5 years. His office is awesome with flowers and happy staff, not like the morgue that treated me before. He always listens well, in English or Spanish, and he is open to me trying alternatives and other helpful therapies. I am stage 4, with cancer in my spine and living with no pain and little debility, thanks in part to Dr Williams treatments. He is an excellent Dr and his staff has been wonderful. I highly recommend this Dr for cancer treatment or a second opinion.

I thought they cared about there patient.but I was wrong ..He doesn't explain anything to u ..They bought me 2 brand-new cars . But when I decided to go elsewhere because my cancer was spreading . So when I called for my records and to tell him they said it was going to cost me almost $200 for my records and they wanted the car back.. my new doctor has been trying to get my records for about 6 months now and still can't get them so I've had no treatment. They lie

Great staff. Dr Williams truly loves his job truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Williams is excellent. He answers all of your questions, he takes his time, the staff is great, the office is clean.

This doctor does not care about his patients.Spent hour and half just waiting to see doctor.Finally he came in and asked me ,the patient ,for blood work results then asked me for medications and told me the wrong dosage.He did not bother to discuss any of the results.2 minutes and he was done.No check up or mammograms done more than a year.The only thing he does is give paper work for blood tests every 3 months.I think he is nearing retirement so does not bother about his job.He is supposed to treat and follow up on cancer patients.I don’t see that happening here. Why are these blood tests done when no follow up is done? I miss my previous Oncologist.Wish there were more doctors like her. With this doctor I think money is more important than patients

Dr. Williams is excellent.

This is the most unprofessional office i have ever delt with. The doctor was over an hour late to all of my appointments. Recommended treatments that were not medically advised according the the specialists was seeing. The staff was no helpful. They are refusing to release records. This office is a nightmare. No Computers in the rooms. Doctor keeps records in a strangely stapled crap pile. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN WITH YOUR LIFE.

Dr. Williams is a great doctor. He explains treatment plan and is always on top of his game. His staff is wonderful. Thanks for all that you do.

Dr. Williams is a great doctor. He listens to you, he is always on top of the latest treatment, I cannot say enough about him. He is a great doctor.

He is a horrible human being. As soon as as my Mother wasn’t interested in Chemo he treated us like dirt. His office manager with $1000 shoes also tried to “Sell” us on the Chemo, when we said no she also treated us badly. He even held up hospice for a week. They aren’t about helping people, they are all about the money!

Dr. Williams is a great doctor. He is very smart, knowledgeable, always on top of things, honest and he never disappoints. I like his bed side manner. He treated my older sister and now me. He is the best oncologist in the area. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Williams is a doctor who is intelligent, kind and dedicated. He goes above and beyond for his patients. He is wonderful.

Dr. Williams offers the latest treatment for his patients because he is up to date with current treatments, cares about his patients, love his bedside manner, humor and knowledge. Cancer treatment is not cheap. My father, who is ELDERLY, was told he only has 6 months and to go to hospice. I took him for second opinion to Dr. Williams. He explained everything and justification for his treatment recommendations. Thank God we listened to him. 6 years later, my father is still alive and doing well.

Pushes expensive and ongoing treatment even when the patient is obviously declining rapidly and in immense pain and discomfort. He takes advantage of the elderly, who are not able to ask or are not informed enough to ask the right questions.

Dr. Williams and his staff went beyond the care for my husband. They helped with needed supplies and the transport for him to be able to make his visits. Always made us feel comfortable. Their waiting room is very pleasant. I have and will recommend him to any one I come across. My husband had total respect for Dr. Williams and his staff.
