If I could give a 0 or a negative rating to Dr. Wehbie, I would! I met Dr. Wehbie for the first time today as a referral from my cardiologist. I had recently had a heart attack 1 month after having covid and my cardiologist wanted to be sure that the small blood clot that caused my heart attack was caused by covid and not some other underlying blot- clot issue. Within moments of entering the room, Dr. Wehbie began lecturing me about not having had a covid vaccine and would not pause to hear that I was following my own doctor's recommendation not to have one due to my auto-immune disorder and medication I was taking for it. If he had, he would've learned that my doctor was worried that the ingredients in the vaccine would interact with the ingredients in my medication and possibly have negative effects. He was also unsure how my already-immuno-compromised body would react. I was able to tell him that after already suffering a heart-attack, I was nervous about getting the vaccine due to the many studies I had read that had reported cases of pericarditis and myocarditis in people who had taken it. In addition, I had already recently had covid, so my antibodies were very high. Well, this statement infuriated Dr. Wehie and he went on to yell at me and berate me saying that he "has studied medicine for 40 years and I'm ignorant because I do all my research on Google and by watching FOX News". He went on to say that it's "people like you are the reason thousands are dying and we are all in masks still. You are selfish and don't care about people's lives." He went on to call me selfish and accused me of not caring about anyone but myself. When I tried to veer the conversation back to the purpose of the visit he said, "If you don't get the vaccine, you will get covid again, you will get more blot clots and will probably die next time!" He went on to say that the vaccine will prevent me from getting and passing covid to others. When I asked him to answer a simple question for me, "why did my brother-in-law, (who was double vaccinated), get covid? and why was he the one who gave it to me? Well, asking him this made him lose his mind!!!! He started screaming at me and attacking my character. He said that he could not believe that I was a kindergarten teacher and that I "was ok with going to work each day unvaccinated and exposing children. Do you want them to die?" He could see how visibly upset he was making me. I was shaking, fighting back tears and barely holding it together. Each time I tried to talk about my medical background, my current condition, or simply ask him a question about his strong feelings, he shouted more. It was the single-most berating, humiliating experience of my life. I told him I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism he was exhibiting or how unbecoming he was behaving as a human being. I cannot believe this doctor is allowed to interact with patients battling for their lives with cancer. HE has NO bedside manner and CANNOT separate politics from medical practice. He is the LEAST professional doctor I have ever met. I have filed a report with patient advocacy and have left a message with his office manager. He should face consequences for the way he treated me and my hope is that he learns from this review and treats patients with respect in the future. If you are a person who is looking for a doctor that is accepting of those with different views or one that treats patients with dignity and common courtesy and respect, I suggest you find another oncologist!!!!!

Dr. Wehbe is very knowledgeable and explains things in a very clear manner. Cancer care navigation can be very traumatic and he guides and supports in a kind, caring , respectful manner. I highly recommend him.

Dr Wehbie is knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. Everything you'd want when you get the scary C diagnosis.

Amazing. Caring. Up-to-date on the latest. The best!!

Dr Wehbie put me at ease on my very first visit and explained everything in ways both my husband and I could easily understand. Highly recommend!
