Only because no stars isn't an option. My brief experience with this man was not only intimidating, but disheartening. This man was in charge of my child's care while at DeVos hospital. I couldn't wait to leave his care. There was an issue where my child did not receive her medication, which literally could have killed her. When I raised my concern to his attention, his response was "I didn't do it" and "I didn't know". The issue was never looked into and there were no apologies. Horrible!
