Dr. Robert Frank Ulrich

I had the worst experiences! I have never been treated so rudely or so completely dismissed. He ordered an MRI before seeing me and he hadn't even looked at the report. RUDE dismissive attitude lack of patient knowledge...he should never have become a patient centered doctor. He would fit better doing autopsies. Although he has the potential to offend even the dead. Do yourself a favor an avoid this DO. I left livid!

I agree with most other reviews here. Unfortunately, I didn’t listen and sent my mom here anyways. She said Dr. Ulrich was rude. They don’t answer the phone or call back. Hoping I can take her test results elsewhere.

If you are look for a doctor that cares and LISTENS, this is the doctor for you! He was absolutely amazing and really listened to my son about his problems. He saved my son's life! I will never be able to thank him enough!

Excellent he is great

Used to be in network for Baylor-Scott-White: Now they are not. (They day they never were, but that’s why I was a patient of theirs to begin with) They will tell you that you are in network when you actually aren’t. IGNORE ALL BAD REVIEWS! Since being diagnosed with severe RRMS, Dr. Ulrich AND his staff have been fighting for my treatment. He even personally took care of my spinal tap when I was being made to jump through hoops with my insurance, unable to set it up at a spinal tap facility. He has fought my insurance company, the State, and fought a few other personal issues I have, to ensure I'm getting the treatment I need. IGNORE the reviews about his staff being anything but amazing. They are a highly coordinated team that has assisted me, for 2+ years now, to navigate my diagnosis and treatment. I googled this doctor and when I arrived the staff has no personality to be in such a serious office setting. I overheard the doctor talking about what the assistant told him and when I asked him about it he had a attitude. He has no bed side personality and seems like he should be a free clinic doctor. He was so quick to look like I was just making up something other neurologist has diagnosed me with. I did not feel confident after visiting his office and will NOT BE RETURNING. Dr. Ulrich was extremely patient helping me through my TBI. I went from unable to speak to fully functional and I am truly grateful for him.

I sincerely hope my visit was just a bad day. During my test, I became faint and Dr. Ulrich just left the room and said he would be back. Had I completely fainted, I would have fallen off his exam table. This happened twice. During the test, his chair caught on a small table in the exam room. He grabbed the table and slammed it into the wall. As I said, I hope this is not the normal behavior for a medical professional. I have to say this was the worst medical professional interaction I have ever experienced and I have had literally hundreds.

Dr Ulrich was the ONLY Dr who diagnosed and treated my mother correctly. Now I see him. Don't trust the others.

The staff is rude and disorganized. Enough said. Find someone that has a staff that believes in Customer Service. A doctor shouldn't allow his patients to have to go through this kind of thing

My father was a patient of Dr. Ulrich since his Alzheimer's diagnosis a few years ago. He was supposed to have his 6 month check up last week. My parents, sister, and myself show up to the office on Meadow and 75 only to find out that he as moved offices to Frisco. WHAT?? Apparently there was 1 phone call a month ago to inform my parents. ONE phone call. To an ALZHEIMER'S patient. REALLY??? No post card in the mail? Or a follow up phone call about his appointment? Unprofessional. Needless to say we are finding a new doctor. My father has been a patient of Dr. Ulrich since 2012 or 2011. He was supposed to have had his appointment last Friday at the Meadow location. When we arrived, we were then told that your office had moved to Frisco. One phone call a month ago was supposed to have informed my parents. One phone call. To your Alzheimer's patient. At least call the week of the appointment for a reminder that your office had moved and you no longer see patients on Fridays. Very unprofessional.

He spent a lot of time with me and was very nice. I liked him very much. He gave me several options. I am going to see him again. I would send my mother to him
