Unprofessional, irresponsible, rude. My wife was referred by Dr. Towner for a thyroid biopsy. It's been 11 days since the procedure, he still hasn't contacted her with the results. The lab and his medical assistant won't give us any details including when we might hear from him. During our visit, he said to my wife: "I am talking to your husband!" The blond receptionist is even more rude, equally in English and Russian. Avoid.
