Abysmal scheduling and administration. Called to confirm my appointment, and was told I missed an earlier appointment. The date that I "missed" was the day that I called to schedule the appointment, the first time I spoke to their office. Oh, and it took them multiple calls and days to even pick up the phone to schedule. I'd have been there immediately to address my skin cancer removal, The medical team may be talented, I wouldn't know, The administrative staff, particularly the scheduling department, is completely unprofessional. Spoke to the referring dermatologist, passed along the same feedback. But it deserves to be here, as well.

Dr Sollitto has been my husband's physician since 2009 first for melanoma and then annually for yearly checkups. When I tryed to get an appointment for my husband I was put on a waiting list for the office scheduler to call me back. Two days later, I used the 888-VIRTUA3 doctor line hoping for better outcome. She was able to get right through and I spoke with Lori who suggested if I needed an appointment sooner than late November I might do better to try a different doctor!

The Doctor remove a basal cell carcinoma from my nose. Stitched up beautiful. Good followup and stitch removal. Doctor was attentive, good natured and caring.
