Dr. Silich was, thankfully, recommended to me by one of the most respected dermatologists in NYC. Dr. Silich is a highly skilled surgeon who listens closely to what you'd like done then gives an honest assessment in terms of anticipated results. His team is totally accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

Dr. Robert Silich is a highly experienced surgeon with a commitment to excellence who takes time to explain all of your options while providing genuine care and comfort. He is a man of immense character, compassion and integrity. I was also impressed to observe the doctor communicate in tandem, both thoroughly and thoughtfully, with his dedicated and empathetic nurse (Gaby) and office team (Sarah). Dr. Silich was highly recommended by my cardiothoracic surgeon and he treated me after open heart surgery in the time of Covid. When much seemed bleak, his optimism and humility were a shining example of a doctor at the highest level of the medical profession. Not only will you receive expert medical care, but you will also be a better person just for having known him.

At a consultation with Dr Silich, the prospective patient will hear the truth and nothing but the truth. He will not sell you what you don’t need—and that is rare. I interviewed several of the “best of” in the city, and he was the only one who told me exactly what I needed and nothing more. He was right! I was so pleased with my first experience and the outcome of my mini-facelift which lasted a full ten years (lucky me), that I underwent a second lift with him. Again, with outstanding results. If you are on the hunt for a top-quality plastic surgeon, make sure you consult with Dr. Silich before you make your selection. And hIs staff is as wonderful as he is. You will not be disappointed. Dr. Silich was recommended to me by my cardiologist. I am forever grateful for the attention to detail and care that Dr. Silich has shown me. Dr. Silich’s staff is very attentive and personable. Each member of his team went out of their way to ensure my well-being and comfort through each procedure. Dr. Silich was patient with me and took the time to answer my questions and ease my concerns. After two procedures and injections, I have to say his work is flawless. My face and neck look years younger, and I get many compliments on how refreshed and healthy I look. I recently fractured my nose and needed multiple sutures in my eyelid and lip. Dr. Silich was amazing. He met me during his off hours to suture me up and then next day he reset my nose in the OR at his private office. He did a beautiful job and I didn’t feel any pain after my procedure. Dr. Silich is a fantastic surgeon . He explains everything and is very honest . I LOVE his entire staff. Talk about nice caring people that is them. He is one of the kindest people I have ever met and smart . HE is a pleasure to work with and talk with . He practices safe medicine and does not take changes . If you want an awesome surgeon who cares which is rare now. This is your man . I highly recommend him!

NOT HAPPY! Two years post op now. First surgery accomplished very little. After three additional revisions within a period of 36-months, original issues (plus new problems that he created) are still present. Dr. isn't what he portends to be and when faced with negative comments he becomes belligerent and defensive therefore showing his true colors. The mental anguish and anxiety he put me through has left me emotionally and physically scared for life. Recommend him? Not on your life!

After my cancer chemo treatments my face needed a facelift. My doctor recommended me to Dr. Silich. He explained every procedure and answered all my questions. His staff was not only friendly but efficient. My procedure took only a couple of hours and I was home the same day. He was always a phone call away. My after care was wonderful. There are no scars at all. I would recommend him highly. Dr. Silich made me look and feel like I was never sick.

My dermatologist recommended Dr. Silich when I needed to have two melanomas removed. One was located right below my eye and the other on my back. Dr. Silich was extremely attentive and professional. There's no evidence of a scar under my eye despite the fact that he had to take the appropriate border. He's an amazing and talented plastic surgeon, very personable too. I would definitely recommend him. Lovely office staff as well !

I have been seeing Dr Silich for over 15 years.. Being t a CEO of a company I started cosmetic procedures in my 40s .After interviewing other surgeons I felt that Dr Silich understood and was sympathetic to a my apprehension of having a facelift, eyes done and more . I am totally satisfied with the outcome .My recovery was much quicker than anticipated .A Dr who cares with a staff that shares his philosophy ..Deserving of my five star feedback

In response to the review on Nov 12th, I would like to clarify how inaccurate and misrepresentative this is regarding Dr. Silich, his abilities, and his practice. This review was posted by an angry husband upset that his wife received a procedure without his permission. It is a malicious attempt to discredit Dr. Silich and it is 100% false. I have recommended family and friends to Dr. Silich. All rave about his exceptional work and kind nature. He is a brilliant and well respected surgeon.

I would like to follow up on my wife's procedure. Dr. Silich botched the shot and gave her a black eye which he said would heal after 24-48 hours. It's been more than 3 days and it has only got worse. He took no accountability for his action. Keep in mind it's your face at risk when you make theses decisions, so make sure who you know the the person doing the work knows what they are doing.

Beyond excellent! I waited many months after neck-lift surgery (Feb 2015) to post this. My entire experience was wonderful from the plenary meeting with Dr. Silich, his assistant Jamie, and nurse Cassie, to the actual surgery, followups for stitch removal & healing progress and, finally, the results. I'm very satisfied. Talent & skill were, of course, at the top of my list (it was my 1st cosmetic surgery), but I must comment on his in-person professional, kind demeanor: Exceptional.
