This is the best funniest doctor I have ever met! He and his wife are sooo smart! I recommend this person to anyone. I have been a patient of his since the late 1990’s and I have to say his office today is awesome! Very updated and run by professional people. In the past, he had people that did not match up to his caliber at all, now Dr you are soaring and have high caliber people working at your practice! You only deserve the best! Thank you for saving my eyesight and helping my daughter.

My husband went in for what was described as routine cataract surgery. It didn't turn out well and we ended up at Stein Institute for additional surgery to save the retina in his right eye. Not only that, Ruper was not forthright about his screw-up. We had to learn from one of his technicians the seriousness of the eye damage. Today, my husband has only about 50% vision left in that eye. The cost of expensive eye-drops helps put him in the donut hole every year. I do not recommend this doctor
