Every one was friendly how ever their exam chair was very uncomfortable.No good headrest.They do not us nitrousoxide.Gave very small amount of water to rinse mouth out.Being a senior with arthuritis I just could not get comfortable and I still hurt 8 hours later.I now know why my insurance wanted me to go here.I wont be back.If I was a lot younger I'm sure everything would have been fine. Staff was friendly.Their exam chair was very uncomfortable,no good head and neck support. They don't use nitrous to help you relax or they might charge extra if they did. Hygienist did the best she could I guess.But just not the service I'm used to.Guess that is why my insurance said I could go there there for no charge.I will not go back again.If I was a young person it might have been O.K.Don't know.

Booked my son an appt and he received a text confirming his appt and when he shows up at 1600 the doors were locked!!! No phone in advance to notify him! Horrible customer service!
